Sir when I am typing gedit ~\. bachrc it shows unable to in it server: could not connect:Connection refused
(gedit:215) Gtw-WARNING**:20:**:**:***: cannot open display.
Can help me tho short out my problem 🙏plz

Nope, only Ubuntu 20.04.
For Ubuntu 18.04 you'd have to install ROS Melodic (now not supported anymore)

No, ROS Noetic only works in Ubuntu 20.04.
