When tank describe how fridayy sounds. He spot on that he sounds like Charlie Wilson. I don’t know the other guy tank mentioned. But Tank describes a thing Fridayy note he sing. And I get what Tank saying
Your destiny is what it is , you are supposed to be here regardless of what the vehicle is . Come on TANK preach 🙌🏾 Fridayy the world is blessed to have you ❤️
This legit is one of the top tier if not the only podcast that truly is dedicated to R&B. So definitely need to see more guests. Missy Elliott needs to stop ducking interviews she needs her flowers. Also would be great to see Diana Ross, Patti LaBelle, Anita Baker, The Jacksons, Mary J Blige, Janet Jackson...etc oh don't forget to watch J Valentine's latest music video Before The Streets after this episode tho
What I enjoy about this episode is not only do they have an amazing emerging artist but Tank and J are also chiming in to give him the game. The bouncing of the minds is amazing.
I smiled all episode. Francis is a LIGHT WORKER. The amount of dedication that he has given to his journey adds up. I know his voice by the energetic frequency . The first time I heard "Done For Me" and "Came Too Far" I cried. It resonated so much. I also heard the fellow Island undertones. Our people are different. Yah bless you for the messages you sing. This podcast is VERY authentic-keep going.
Fridayy is a breath of fresh air in music he is so talented. The fact that he is sitting with you two is amazing. Thank you for this is Album has been on repeat for me since it came out.
"When It Comes To You", had me in a choke hold for like 3 weeks straight. I HAD to learn the words. It's so beautiful... I always love when other artists big up Chris, and honestly, that's how I found out about Fridayy in the first place. Their collabs
Came back after finding the “solo version” on YT (he has the ability to recognize the Truth and purpose of his existence. It’s only the Lord)… 50:24 …wow. 🙌🏾❤️🔥
I am biased since I’m a Philly girl. This interview was awesome. From tank giving a sermon interlude…. Jesus in the streets. Everyone looked like they were about to shed a tear at different points. I loved this interview🥹
48:27 Tank I appreciate you touching on the mixtape situation. Even I thought something was gone happen when I participated, but Im grateful for the opportunity. It did cause me to study up on marketing and how it'll look for me and my approach.
I'm not a R&B artist however I learn so much just from watching you all do what you know AND do it well!!!! This podcast really demonstrates the importance of what an excellent work ethic in your craft can produce for you IF you are WILLING to work for it and MASTER it.. Thank you for what you do. God Bless.
Loved this episode so much!!!! The way J and Tank bounce their laughs off of a joke. They always in pocket, I live for it every Saturday. I agree to keep these archived in a historical museum space. And Always get the kid’s approval! 😂
Fire interview. First time matching Fridayy's face to his music. Talented. Mannnn, Tank made me go look up Miguel's Adorn because for the life of me I HAD TO rememer how it went, he messed that up bad lmaooooo. Hilarious.
I really enjoyed learning more about Fridayy. I kept stopping to listen to what they were referencing, songs, videos and performances. I’m really impressed!
When I tell you BUT GOD!!!!! This was an amazing story, I almost cried tears of joy listening to your journey! God's continued blessings on your life and everything you touch! #GODDID
I gotta say is the ‘Yeah” Yeah Yeah”. Is gonna be stuck in my head 😂 I am a new fan 🎉🎉🎉 I didn’t know he sang forever He the reason I played that in my sleep kudos to you
I’ve been crying since the “God Did” part and then went to check out his IG page and it hit me even more. As a creative and where I am in life, these stories inspire me so much and continue to push me. I’m not in the music field but music lives in me. Thank you for this podcast 🙏🏽 Okay, now I can watch the rest LOL
Fridayy!!! ❤I knew the voice but not the face. Fridayy is a gift to the world and important to my ears and r and b music and gospel… Much love to Jay and Tank 🎉 y’all two dope a$$ ni££@$. Tank I always wait to hear the run you gonna do for the word S#!+, (I ain’t saying no names) 😂
This is one if best podcast's I've seen. When i heard "GOD DID" i wrnt crazy. FRIDAYY is different monster and im so happy he stepped into his calling. Rnb aint dead you just gotta find the music you relate to. Thank you Tank and J. Valentine for this interview ❤❤❤
Literally what tank said we need his spirituality in this industry it’s been missing for a while. He’s meeting people where they are. To God be the glory.
Replay gang here. Mr life because I was in Costco fighting life. 😩 Truly enjoyed this episode. Thank y'all for being so consistent! I don't feel like we ever had a "filler" episode. 😊
This was an amazing interview. God Did and Lil Baby's Forever put Fridayy on my radar and his voice's texture immediately caught my ear. Happy for this young brother's success and I hope he keeps putting out great, heartfelt art. With all of that said, Tank's "Adorn" remix has me in tears 😂
Clearly this young man is going places, continue keeping God first, and the world is your oyster. His music is like the RnB version of Coldplay, you get lost in the emotion and musicality. This young man said something that resonated to Theron and MuniLong’s feedback. He woke up and wrote continuously and they said something similar. Theron with the backpack full of songs and trying to sing his baby mama. Persistency is key with everything in this life, irrespective of your career field.
It's always so refreshing to see the work ethic, dedication, integrity and spirituality in our young people. Fridayy cool as a cucumber, calm and collected. Definitely got the attention of the people everyday of the week. Congratulations young man! R&B Money top tier💯😍❤
Man R&B Money is the shit. I enjoy the conversations and the laughters. Ain’t no one doing what y’all doing. But… You got to get Charlie Wilson, MJB, Jill Scott, Tray Song, Neo & Badu
Love this Podcast, there hasn't been a single time watching that I didn't go and look up songs or artists mentioned. Went back and watch the grammy God Did performance and Jaime Foxx, I wish you were here. Fridayy keep shining and J and Tank keep grinding, pause lol
The HAHlarious and humorous chemistry that Tank and JV have is unf*ckwittable!! I now have homework to do on "Fridayy" and his music. Keep these comfy couch conversations until you don't love it any more. Hopefully that won't be any time soon. Thank you Team R & B Money Podcast
I've never heard of Friday and I still haven't listened to God did in its entirety but I will be doing my homework on his work from now on. This is AMAZING
R&B Money thank y'all again. 🙏🏿 I admit that my playlist is full of songs from the 90's through early 2000's but your podcast always brings a fresh perspective. I appreciate you bridging the gap between ole school and new school. This young man is super talented and I definitely will be updating my playlist. Funny story: I remember when I was in performance chorus in high school and my teacher said that I was a bass. We had a debate because I was in love with the idea of being a tenor. She said it's okay but that's your natural singing voice and placed me with the bass section. I was big mad at first but I started studying some classic bass singers; Melvin Franklin, Barry White, Alvin Chea (Take 6), Michael McCrary (Boyz II Men). By the end of it, I was proud to be a bass singer and it sure did make the females swoon. Fridayy definitely has a unique voice but it is refreshing and he is definitely in his own lane.
I don’t know what I love more. Tank singing top 5 like it’s his first or Jay watching like it’s his first time seeing it.
That’s my favorite part😍
The growls….😂😂
He's in admiration every time
When tank describe how fridayy sounds. He spot on that he sounds like Charlie Wilson. I don’t know the other guy tank mentioned. But Tank describes a thing Fridayy note he sing. And I get what Tank saying

Love seeing the mix of old and new school R&B on this show! And being able to dig into the liner credits with some of these new artists.
I smiled all episode. Francis is a LIGHT WORKER. The amount of dedication that he has given to his journey adds up. I know his voice by the energetic frequency .
