I'd suggest something smaller, 80 to 100 meters. With a 140, there's almost no marina where you can dock, you'd have to slum it out with cruise ship peasants and cargo ships. That's no way to live. I believe Monaco can take up to 110 meter yachts, but not that monster. Of course you can always anchor off the coast, but then it's a lot less practical if you want to host big parties.

@@weprayforcars7 spoken like a true peasant. You need look-up how few people can fit on a helo small enough for this yacht, and how long it takes to actually do a two-way trip to a shore heliport. It's not as fast, easy and sexy as movies make it seem. Not by a long shot.

Why would you need 2 helipads, in the video it shows one at the back as well, but other than that it's a great piece of design,architecture & one of the best looking Superyacht's out their.
For a guest / supply helicopter while yours is on board or if can't carry all the guests on one helicopter get a 2rd one on ship for a temporary period of time . Plus in some northern regions you should carry your own rescue helicopter should the main helicopter breaks down or crash !!
Where’s your friend gonna park when he comes by. Also when you go exploring at certain remote places and your helicopter needs a jump start you gonna need a another helicopter to give you a jump. So it should really have 3 helicopters. In fact if some billionaire comes across my comment. He gonna say I’m right and he should have thought about and will now have 3 landing pads.
