What about ground turkey? I have one and every time I try to use it with ground turkey, the juices come out and make a mess. I leave about 3 inches space but it still spills everywhere.
moist seems to go slower so as to let more water get extracted away from the surface of the meat. This just my impression after using it for ~30 mins. Its a nice unit!
