I think the whole series is amazing. It does such a good job explaining the complexities between WWI and WWII

Superb commentary and narration. It’s like watching a car crash in slow motion. The fools.

I acquired the whole (I hope!) series.
Because, not being perfect, is a *cap'n Flint ship's worth* of facts&info.

Chamberlain was advised that if he did not appease Hitler , that would have meant war .
People can argue how many divisions the Czech 's had . However , there were 3.1 million Sudeten Germans living in Czechoslovakia . The Luftwaffe had experienced pilots from the Spanish civil war , flying Bf109's .
The RAF and Czech air force was equipped with Glouster Gladiators and bi wing fighters .
The Luftwaffe would have been able to gain air superiority within days and bomb Prague at will .

Like, I like the facts and presentation, but the music is too fast and loud. Am I old old? I’m not like a senior yet. 😅😢

Great series - however the Hollywood writers certainly knew exactly what was happening in the Moscow show trials, they wouldn't have put the line in if they did not. This notion people didn't know is convenient for those that went along with Hitler and also a lie.

19:04 "It's wrong to discriminate, but there's nothing wrong with using words that are humiliating and demeaning to people with a psychological disability." Normal people who hate people with psychological disabilities and who enjoy discriminating against people based on their mental health, probably.

The Germans and Hungarians on the wrong side of the new borders were treated like dirt. Much of the Versailles, St Germain and Trianon stupidity goes back to French resentment of 1815.

    “Greatest German in history”?
    Well, was he wrong?
    Who was greater?
You don’t have to love him to see that he was right
He was also the worst German in history.

So you get the date wrong of Kristallnacht (night of the ninth, not 10) and you think people will take your documentary seriously?

The game of pretext began to fail in Sept 38 and fell asunder in March 1939, meaning war on two fronts ultimately. Prague demolished the game, we dont need this documentary propaganda.
