Nemesis is a Infra-red brown dwarf star, our Sun's binary twin, that's why it can't be seen unless you have a infra-red telescope

I also have a photo of Zacharia Sitchin with Werner Von Braun( director and founder of NASA) holding a drawing of the brown dwarfs orbit around our yellow sun. A 3600 year orbit.

What if our Sun's companion star is hiding in plain sight. Maybe Jupiter used to be a sun. Maybe it moved out of near orbit and caused the astride destruction on earth.
A body would have to be about 10 times the mass of Jupiter before it could even be classified as a brown dwarf.
Jupiter would have to be 5 times is size to be a star

Doesn't completely deny the existence but absolutely determines its no longer in orbit in our solar system. “If it was ever here, it got expelled out of our solar system millions, if not billions, of years ago”.

What if Nemesis was on a different orbital plain? It might come from above or below, with a long orbit that bring it closer to the ort cloud once every number of years.
Yes, it orbits upwards on a Counter-Clock Rotation ... it leaves its system, and enters our system and goes between Jupiter & Mars, then swings around our Sun, and heads back down, to return in another 3,657-years.

I would say it's orbital plane is possibly between 65° and 115°. I mean seriously, look at Uranus as a possible hint as to where it could be.

So Earth goes around Sun roughly 27 million times for nemesis' effects...
I don't think it's nemesis' but more like something within the galactic orbit that our solar system passes thru or passes thru the solar system...
I'm thinking it's a darker high mass Brown Dwarf out near the Oort Cloud. The question of where its orbital plane sits is the actual problem. Most planets would orbit close to the X/Z axis points, but if it orbited close to the Y axis point, we would never see or detect it.

On a larger scale, Nemesis could be gravitationally locked between 2 solar systems making an 8 pattern
Makes sense because it could be the reason why the extinction events happened so many times in set frames of time.
Like when it would reach between two sun's solar systems and in the middle of its figure 8 causing an amplification of gravity pulling a comet or meteorites big enough that attempts to travel to nemesis from the Oort cloud and it would be Jupiter or a partner solar system planet like jupiter can redirect comets to us... Or it could be pulling a comet from the Oort Cloud when all the planets line up and make every planet's gravitational pull dislodge it from there and once the planets return to their respective orbits, the gravitational pull of every planet can pull said comet and slowly hurl it towards the sun but by that time, everytime, the comet(s) will hit earth... thats why it happens in periods rather than randomly.. Like what if the dual solar systems orbited a smaller black hole that is big enough to hold multiple star systems? Think about it, some stars like our own can only hold so many planets and even with Jupiter's gravitational pull, its still impressive that our sun can hold together so much. With our sun being so new and is small enough how is it holding our planet's orbits in a solid fluid motion?
Also, the theory above could explain why we can see Gravitational waves clearly even out in our planet's orbit. Like the smaller black hole is holding everyone together so everything can run smoothly. Our solar system is really huge...
Then there would be another star as big as the sun near the solar system but that would mess up the orbits of the planets

What if Nemesis is a small black hole?
When matters fall into a black hole, they emit x-rays and gamma rays. If Nemesis was exist and was a black hole, we would've detected some gamma rays and x-rays so far. Also, when massive objects like black holes, pass between Earth and a star, they distort and bend star's light. This is called gravitational lens. We would've observed some gravitational lens for some stars. Nonetheless, there are not 100% proofs of it is not exist or it is not a black hole. We learnt that space has full of unusual events. So what if Nemesis is a black hole? We can just say, "could be but not plausible."
A Brown Dwarf is more likely, or perhaps a Jupiter sized world.

The only Death Planet, is planet 6 (Nibiru), which orbits upwards between Jupiter and Mars, then it goes around our Sun, and heads back, to return in another 3,657-years. Nemesis does orbit around our Sun, every 26 million years, possibly causing a Mass Extension on our planet.

If it's orbiting outside the ort cloud you wouldn't be able to see anything out their.
The Oort cloud blocks electromagnetic radiations insignificantly. We know that because stars' lights are never obstructed by an object in the Oort cloud. If there were star that orbiting around the Oort cloud, we could've detected it so far.
Literally all the stars you see at night are outside the oort cloud, there's no way that it would single out and block the light from one star, especially one as close as the predicted nemesis star. Think harder buddy.
