    Heavy Bag Circuit
    Combo 2|3 x30sec
    Combo 2|3|2 x 30sec
    Body Burnouts x30sec
    Repeat 2x no break
    1 Minute Break (between heavy bag and kettle bell)
    Kettle Bell Circuit
    Split Squat R Leg x30sec
    Split Squat L Leg x30sec
    High Plank & Drag x30sec
    Repeat 2x no break
