I like what Chloe is trying to do. But I wonder if Kendi and DiAngelo haven’t already poisoned the “DEI” well. I would say they have. Chloe seems to have a mind for “branding”. She probably needs to distance herself from the term “DEI”. I don’t know anyone who doesn’t associate that term with DiAngelo and Kendi-in the most negative way possible. So. Good luck, Chloe. You have your work cut out for you.😢
