I like how the infinite review is never predictable. Always funny, but always a range between the extremes of ironic humor, absurdity, and sincerity. Owen's personality and passion shines through with each video, and even if it's about something I really have no interest at all in (topps trading cards), I'm along for the ride, and for a bit, I get it. It's moments like that where I feel like something has been shared with me, and makes me glad UA-cam exists.
18:14 To be fair, is there any classic rock star that can beat Elvis Presley? And I'm talking about Vegas residency Elvis with the rhinestone jacket, full jailhouse assistance, fully built dreams on his suspicious mind, having caught thirteen rabbits and eaten just as many loaves of peanut-butter filled bread with the minimum amount of conversation and maximum amount of action?
I remember these from when I was growing up. Relatively speaking, these were considered pretty brutal at the time. They were getting confiscated all the time and we had to sneak them into school and trade in secret.
I recently found out about them after falling down a Mars Attacks! rabbithole. And then I randomly found a load for sale in a vending machine in a coffee shop. So weird to see this thing keep appearing before my face.
Awesome video , very funny commentary!! The Dino sticker of the plant eater gobbling on a baby was wild!! What could you even dream up to depict in order to out do these depictions?
I have a fake movie poster on my wall for "Talibannosaurus Rex", that someone made for an online art contest of some kind. It features a velociraptor driving a jeep, and a stegosaurus with artillery mounted on it. Pretty rad. The game "Dinosaur Hunt" intersperses terrible generic shooting with slideshows of unrelated dinosaur art, accompanied by a voiceover from the most boring man in the world reading some ten year old's unedited short story about commandos fighting dinosaurs. The point being, the people want Dinosaurs Attack! We've settled for crude imitations, like Jurassic Park (which has been slowly morphing into Dinosaurs Attack! itself over the sequels), but if Hollywood had offered us the genuine article back in the day, nobody would even remember the name Spielberg now! Anyway, great video as always.
9:22 Well, now that you mention it, through the 90's I remember going to the comic store all the time as a kid, which was right next to the $1.50 movie theater. They had quite the selection, from Sonic (Archie Comics) to X-Men 2099.
Only have a faint memory of these cards existing but can't get over the lack of the infinite review intro at the start! Kept expecting it after every card read. Was only 9mins in realised it wasnt happening 😅 I'm hooked on the need for nothing to change 🤦♀️ Also green beer going in, green beer and rot gum coming out 😂
I love that you made a video partially related to Dune (1984) during a brief period where people might actually be looking for Dune (1984) content and yet put no indication of this in the title or thumbnail. If this sounds like a insult let me assure you that it's not meant to be one.
What the FUCK I had that LEGO poster AND the Sonic & Knuckles one! Did we buy the same magazine or something? I feel like I'm losing my mind again, I don't even remember where I got them, but they were on my bedroom wall as a kid for years. Completely freaked out.
I’ve been watching Woodward on Twitch for a long time so seeing him show up on this channel is quite a surprise! Am I going senile and he’s been in your videos before this?
Too bad they don't make bubblegum trading cards any more. I mean, trading cards are more popular than ever and gum still ... exists. Just put them together
Ah, it was nice being briefly happy again while the video lasted.
Look at you bragging about being happy
if only owen were willing to quit, maybe we wouldn’t have to be so unexpectedly happy every now and then. thank you, my man.
the way this is worded is art
God it's nice to see a happy Richie and Guy. Just some wee pals enjoying ancient crumble gum and their fav pics of Baby.

Truly this is the infinite review

Even the herbivores got in on the carnage.
The Razzles must flow
Loved seeing this partial Gamewank reunion. Might be the first time I've seen Guy outside a Minecraft hoodie.
I remember these from when I was growing up. Relatively speaking, these were considered pretty brutal at the time. They were getting confiscated all the time and we had to sneak them into school and trade in secret.
Infinite Review has replaced Prozac in my life.
BUT I still have a xanax problem.
@@nickbooze9766 😔
No need to re up for April. Cheers
I never expected Elvis to be compared to Itachi Uchiha in a video about gory dinosaur trading cards, yet here we are. Great video altogether.
I bought three boxes ten years ago and put packs in everyone's locker at work. Big hit
VERY confused by the Gackt/Malice Mizer appearance at "END OF STORY" but... glad to see it?
"END OF STORY" goes crazy.
This episode of the Infinite Review is sponsored by Innis and Gunn beer. Perfect with a mingin piece of chewny from the 80s.
I recently found out about them after falling down a Mars Attacks! rabbithole. And then I randomly found a load for sale in a vending machine in a coffee shop. So weird to see this thing keep appearing before my face.
I finally understand the big deal about Elvis
Every time you flipped a card and the text was upside down, a little piece of me died
Another fantastic video that's both hilarious and an informative, interesting slice of something I never had the fortune to experience!
This is the first time I've seen Guy since learning about his health kick. Looking really good!
This video made me very happy. Appreciate that!
"Elvis is Itachi Uchiha"
I do enjoy the inexplicable appearance of Gorgo in #17 there
used to buy tons of these as a kid in 1989, i remember my dads reaction to seeing them was "Jesus Christ!!!!"
GUY AND RICHIE AND OWEN, 3 GOOD BOYS REUNION 2024

loved this. you're always putting out quality videos about dinosaur trading cards.
i have the whole series. loved these as a kid. subbed
Owen did you do a michigan report from hell video? I can't find it. I need it

Owen thank GOD you made another Dinosaur video!
This kid is great!
I've eaten the gum on these old cards before. It tastes like crunchy paper.
Why don't you have a merch store? I need a "crumbling gum" sticker!
Only have a faint memory of these cards existing but can't get over the lack of the infinite review intro at the start! Kept expecting it after every card read. Was only 9mins in realised it wasnt happening 😅 I'm hooked on the need for nothing to change 🤦♀️

Wow good work getting the King of Cards himself to appear.
Elvis is 100% the Itachi of his day
Some of your finest content right here
Crumbling Gum is a good handle.

Instant regret with that gum.

CGP Grey had me on that good good Dinosaur Attacks with Hello Internet a good while back - good stupid fun
Beautiful.
LOOK GORDON, ROPES! WE CAN USE THESE TO TRAVERSE PITS!
If the Oddworld guy isn't in this, I'm going to be PISSED.
Bagsy 'Nuptial Nightmare' for my next band name.
why is the forward card so gorgeous on that close up? high quality scan? grand
Another classic. Those books look ace too
these cards are genuinely incredible. i'm giving serious consideration to dropping money i don't have on a set
Just bought some Dinousaur Attacks cards.
I love your editing so much!! This was super fun to watch :D
The review is over and I'm left yearning for the intro.
Oh shit! A new Infinite Review vid. The ultimate nightmare is now a reality

Holy fuck
My favourite Fremen?
Gordon Fremen from Half Life.
I didn’t know that about trading cards
I love you!
the algorhithm gets a comment
Scary
I would just like to point out that the very first Mars Attacks! card ever released is a horizontally flipped version of the Soyjak pointing meme.
