hi i have just set up my sawgrassg500 and i had done what you said and put inks in , after 11 mins the flashing yellow quesion mark light came up saying low ink ?

Same issue. About ready to send it back. The download keeps erring off looking for a file on a disc. I don't have a disc. It's a download!!!

Same issue. I even bought another ink set, but my images were not vibrant at all. I even spoke with the tec team, and they ended up sending me another printer altogether let see what happens now

I have the Epson 2800 and two Epson 8550’s. I love them all, but I am selling my Sawgrass because I use bigger size items. The sawgrass sg500 can print 8.5x14. It is good for mugs, tumblers, bookmarks, plaques etc..
