I absolutely LOVE this DJ booth! I've seen some booths similar to this in banquet halls and nightclubs, but I have NEVER seen one custom built before! The all access to the power sources is amazing, the setup is great, and the TV....WHOA!! The TV looks phenomenal!!! I'm getting into DJing myself and I would love to have a custom built booth like this one. Great job.
Bro the trim idea is GENIUS holy crap! I just stumbled upon this video and you just blew my damn mind. This booth is INSANELY awesome! Great work! Take care of her, she’s a beauty my friend
Oh man I'd for sure buy one of these. Would be nice to have a black one as well, all of my DJ speakers are black and i'm sure an all white setup looks sick too.
Yeah that’s a concern. There’s no plexie glass or anything in front of the tv screen. I didn’t want anything to possible distort the image or create glare. It’s something we’re going to have to be watching when we do gigs. As for transport I’ll be getting a custom cover made for protection.
Looks great. You still have the plans by chance? I’m looking to build one similar and just want to make sure I’m not missing anything! This is so much cleaner than the toads or anything 80/20 else out there!
Very nice DJ Travis Ney!! I'm going to be looking at building one, where did you find a 70" TV for $600? I have a cousin that is a wood master so I'm going to have him think about this one! I like the fact that nothing is racked, I would like to put some velcro on the shelves and velcro my wireless mic receivers on there in case I need to use them without this rack. I usually assist with spring and Christmas festivals at our school and I usually have to unrack all my mic's to take them for this events. I am thinking maybe even a small one, maybe a 30" matching as a ceremony setup.... Too many projects on the mind not enough capital to make them all lol
@@DjTravisNey I really haven't looked I guess, around here the 55" TV's are going for around $600!! I'll wait until the whole buyup from the stimulus is over and done with....
Looks great that's awesome job your uncle did! Did he make it out of MFD board or actual wood framing? Have you done any gigs with it yet? If, so how is it holding up?
I would just make it in Final Cut Pro so that when I play a movie I can put it on auto loop. I’m sure there is slideshow programs specific to use though.
DJ Sweet Daddy yeah. Happens that having connections paid off on this one. It you got one made you’d being paying for the labor. Similar booths like the toadmatic go for $4,000 - $6,000

I do actually agree with you! That looks really cool that you can connect to hdmi from the back of the TV in the TV DJ booth.

BRO I need your blueprint, this is the cleanest booth I've seen
Like the setup & your customers going to love it 👍

I love the build! My only issue is: you have the camera on you so much that we can barely see the booth in detail.
Its beautiful, great craftsmanship!! definitely not a mobile DJ set up!,...lol,...Thanks!
Great job. Your uncle is a national treasure 😎👍🏾
Freakin sweet!!!!!! Great job! Question, whats over the TV to protect during transport and maybe kids coming up pounding the tv?

Red Tie Ent fantastic job bro!!!
Nice job 👍
This is huge man. Should’ve built some rack space into that thing!
Thank you so much, I was looking for a DJ stand idea and boom! Wish I can share my attempt for you to see,
Absolutely love it mate!
Thanks
Beatiful, very hard to transport safely but beautiful. 👍
Brutally Honest MF yeah it’s going to be a challenge. Thanks though
I would love to get one custom built by you… Can you send me a price
Great idea too bad ive done it with stands which i prefer it like that.
It looks awesome inside that White booth.
Great idea.

No plans. You’ll probably need an experience wood worker that can take your image make it in real life
Looking amazing you are very on point about how brides are going to love it
Dj Brite Eyes thanks
Red Tie Ent Now you make me want to go get one built LOL I’m in PA I don’t think anyone around he has that
Dj Brite Eyes their are some by me that have the toadmatic so it’ll be nice having a one of a kind.
Red Tie Ent I guess you have a trailer
Dj Brite Eyes I’ll be renting for now.
How do you replace the TV if it gets damaged or stops working?
Really cool setup, looking into building a DJ booth.
Looks nice but probably difficult to transport. I'm limited to whatever I can fit into the back of my Scion xB!
you should have showed the making of it :)
Please post a video of all your measurements of your dj booth
Im here
Best idea man

Best Buy. you can find them at Walmart for cheaper but I wanted a Samsung

@@ernestlucero1185 ah yeah they are up in price. The one I bought is going for $699 now
Its very very nice but how do you transport it easily?
Thanks. It’s not going to be super easy but it’ll be transported in a small box truck or big van
Looks great that's awesome job your uncle did! Did he make it out of MFD board or actual wood framing? Have you done any gigs with it yet? If, so how is it holding up?
Actual wood. Yeah check out the other videos
But does it play call of duty in 60fps lol... great setup bro
Sean P Entertainment I’m sure we could make that happen. Thanks!
Beautiful - but just looks too heavy and bulky.
Curious how the TV would be replaced, if you ever had to replace it.
The top trim piece is removable and the tv slides up and out
Hey man...Nice booth!! What software on your Mac are you using to run the slideshows?
I would just make it in Final Cut Pro so that when I play a movie I can put it on auto loop. I’m sure there is slideshow programs specific to use though.
Looks great, what did it cost you to build?
About $1200 for supplies and tv
Dj Travis Ney the TV is half of that. That’s awesome, are you going to make any more to sell? I’m in NJ, not where you are
DJ Sweet Daddy yeah. Happens that having connections paid off on this one. It you got one made you’d being paying for the labor. Similar booths like the toadmatic go for $4,000 - $6,000
Do you sell these? I am interested
Very impressive
Very good ✌🏻
What size is the tv screen?
70 in
Can you build another one? We’d love to purchase one from you.
Where are you from?
@@DjTravisNey we’re currently in the Sarasota, FL market, but looking at relocating back to New Hampshire this fall.
@@patrickdunaway3827 selling these has been something I thought about but shipping would be pretty hard
@@DjTravisNey that’s true. Well if you ever decided to build another one, let me know. I’ll come get it.
nice
isn't that a pain in the ass to take to events?
NO mobile DJ wants a booth that big, need to drive a semi to set up every gig. NO NO NO
