Hey Brian I really want to thank you for sharing and always coming up with great ideas to enhance the art of DJing. Some of my equipment purchases I've made are really based on your honest reviews. I was really on the fence with this one, but I love the hanging TV and all the cool things you can do with it. Needless to say my Pro Event Table II is on its way! Thanks again!
Looks great, Brian. I agree with using black instead of white. That way you could put your white logo in the center, TV on the top, & possibly hide a small LED light behind the screen facing down to highlight the letters. I use two 32" TVs for small video setups, & have found that they fit perfect in their padded Gator cases even with the mounting hardware still on the back (G-LCD-TOTE-MD). [DJ Thorn]
You have awesome ideas! Thanks for sharing. Have you received positive feedback from clients for a band who want to maters regarding the troll table set up when gigging?
I feel a larger tv would be more suitable for the application. I fell like you should cover the bottom of the square for the logo to make things look more uniform. To be honest, adj wasn't thinking of mounting a tv when they but this dj booth. Maybe they could make a wider booth that would hold a flat screen and look uniform.
Tthat is brilliant! How about putting the hooks on the lower wall mounting points and maybe using the TV for Karaoke?Does anyone think that would work?
Looks similar to what I did during deployment. Lucky for you TVs are so much lighter these days. You can also run video graphics from your PC. They can also be sound reactive or music videos you are playing live. I run sound reactive video off my iPad. Looks great. facebook.com/DIJEISHII/photos/a.240010982781101.52335.240006286114904/1246008065514716/?type=3
Never understood the point of tv's at a gig. Are people that bored that they have to look at a screen on the dance floor? I guess I just don't understand
I like some of the ideas you are coming up with but in reality this might help someone else, but I can't see you using this setup at your gigs. The extra time in cartage and setup etc is just not worth it. You need simplicity in setup and less gear, lighter, smaller more compact which makes it easier to setup etc

This is an awesome idea! I just did this to mount my 40 inch TV to my ADJ Pro Event Table and it worked perfectly! Thanks Brian!

I love the low tech, easy solutions you came out with. DJ gear is sometimes too expensive for the things they do.
Great idea Brian! Simple contraptions to make dj life easier...
