Vinny H. They do a lot of interviews, not just this one. Most screenwriters don’t talk to the media but I think that’s more to do with producers not letting them.
I never watched a Marvel movie in my life, and then I watched Infinity War on Netflix. Well shit...now I've gone back and watched everything. You know it's a good movie when it starts a fandom. My young girls have gotten into it too...

Marc is seriously way to smart with so many of his ideas. He throws out off-the-top of his head movie ideas that are better than many think-tanks could hope to come up with.
I just read Marcs editorial and it is fantastic. I'm the old Luke now who understands the Luke of TLJ. I also understand how he is the same guy he always was and was very well written. The vitriol is upsetting but really, it is coming from people who must lead really ugly lives. Marc hit it on the nose, they are so far from heading the warnings of Yoda that they cant really be fans.

No not sarcasm. These people that are so angry that they are lashing out at KMT or even Kevin himself for saying they liked The Last Jedi have something wrong with them.
I for one didn't care about lukes storyline, it's fine with me, it's the other problems of the film I have issue with. It's the many plotholes with both over and underwritten characters, plus all the changes to established SW cannon that I have a problem with.

This episode was nothing short of legendary. Great conversation and incredible get in McFeely and Markus. Kevin asking the ultimate question that we've all had on our minds for years - how would they fix the DCFU, was the climax (additional tips for that universe at 1:51:15 as well). Great job all around guys.

This was a fascinating look behind the curtain of the MCU. After watching this one can now understand why the MCU works.
Kevin looks so much better like that. He looks younger, not like a middle aged guy trying to look young.
This was fantastic. My favorite part was when Kevin asked them how to fix the DC Universe. Crowd went wild and I loved their responses.
Regarding Quill punching Thanos, I thought it was more Quill's immaturity than his love for Gamora (though I'm sure he does love her) that had him do that. He acted pretty impulsively in Volume 2 when he found out the truth about his mother too.
ashley284 it's not immaturity as much as avenging rage.. hearing the one you love was killed by the person I front of you would evoke that reaction in the most mature individual who may be a pacifist.

ashley284 Yeh i felt it was very much in character. Thats what made it work so well. And seeing Tony with the Guardians you see that. How Tony improvs but off of working tirelessly 24 7 preparing for every contingency.
And the Guardians improv totally and are emotional
Tony can still be effected by rage as well just look at Civil War.

The scene of Thor landing in Wakanda with Groot and Rocket on his shoulder with that Silvestry score in the background was my favorite part of Avengers Infinity War
This is maybe my favorite episode so far. Marcus & McFeely were gracious and enlightening, while Mark was razor sharp smart (as always) and Kevin as smartass as always. His comedic timing was also on point. Loved M&M's recipe for DOCTOR DOOM.

I think this was one of the best pods/shows yet for Kevin and Mark.
Here is one my one problem and it doesnt have to be a big one. We are talking about comic book movies. Lets talk more about the comics, guys and gals. Come on...I would have asked them what comics they've read and what they were reading for Infinity War outside of Infinity War. I just want to bring it home with that.
The fandom bit sounds like a conversation I had with a friend years ago about music. When fans like an unknown band and try to get their friends to listen to them; then all of a sudden the band takes off and becomes big, then the original fans start screaming "SELLOUTS!". Almost a no win situation.
Great episode here. These two are certified legends already at this point.
