When two girls decided to not eat the medicine one day they saw everything. Apparently people that work at the orphanage doesn’t actually get them to meet their family they use them to help woman’s that hates their looks can come to the“orphanage” and see the girls, and choose what kind of looks they want! I hope you kinda get it! But the people that works there carve their skin off ( the girls that the woman’s choose) and see it on the woman’s face!
