@@sanimalsi7068 I open up the back to replace the two sensors Panasonic said I needed based on the code. The repair guy wasn’t really any help to start with. I looked and saw the purple plastic which is kinda hidden a little bit. It looked bent and crumpled to the point where you knew it wasn’t right. I had no idea what it was or what it did. This is on my father in laws chair. I went home and opened up my chair which is the same and compared it. Well the purple plastic piece down inside was all new looking and straight. So I said what! This has to be the problem. I simply removed a few things to get to the mangled plastic piece and called Deb at Panasonic. She had no idea as well as her superiors. Then days later said I have to order the whole complete assembly for thousands. I said wtf it’s a 10 cent part probably. I knew it did something important bc it slipped in between electronic pieces and had like punch outs like it was being read by computer components. Anyway we finally got Panasonic to send just those but took months.

@@sanimalsi7068 I know they are useless. Did you call the number I left. You might be able to mention my father in laws last name. They might have record of his order. Last name is Binghi.
