Easiest way to mount a Dometic upright is put a strip of ply across the top so you don’t crush the foam at the top corners and ratchet strap it down using brackets on the tray floor and strap over the top of the fridge. Had friends use the screw holes in the sides to mount the fridge and they vibrated loose on corrugated roads up the Cape. I Ratchet strap mine down in the canopy on my 45 series and never had a problem with it moving around or vibrating loose. I cut the hooks off my straps and put them through stainless footman loops riveted to the canopy floor. Currently doing a refit on my canopy and filming it.

Hi Danie, thank you for a great video today. I’m also about to update my Waeco fridge and was wondering if you think getting a model with the app is worthwhile. Is getting the fridge information to your phone helpful?
Yes, the off-road capability is crazy good, I have never destroyed one in the hard rock country where I live. Can't say that about any other tyre I've had.
