Today we look at the 3 new Hero Fest executions of Year 8 Season 1 Title Update 2. This one wasn't quite as fun to go through as I thought it would be. Nothing really grand happened, and none of the executions left the kind of impressions the first three did this season. Here's hoping next season is better. - Ігри

I like the more frequent uploads personally, also love the JJ fit it's gorgeous.
Idk this round of executions kind of felt off to me, especially Hitokiri and Shaman's with how they really dont fit the characters. I got Jiang Jun's because it is indeed very quick, but thats about it.
Loved the video though, great stuff as usual raven. As for ranking these 3 or 6 at a time, I'd personally prefer 6 because i like to listen to these in the background, but for most people its probably a better idea to do them 3 at a time just so your fans have some new executions to watch more frequently.
To provide a counter point to hitokiris lethality, I think if you realise that the kick to the face as a knock out, it means that it’s a particularly brutal death as they are bleeding out from the arm and are immediately unconscious so they can’t seek aid from it.
That and if someone’s unconscious, they loose so much adrenaline, which is what usually keeps a person going long enough to persevere. So that kick is a sure fire way to give the victim a very low chance of survival.
Not to mention how much it’ll hurt afterwards
Assuming it DID knock them out, then yes. But a snap kick is not necessarily a knock out blow.

@@divinecrusader4258 I was not aware shock was a factor in lethality.
@@RavenKnightYT I mean, I would personally add it as a factor, if we're using reality as a reference. Going into shock is almost guaranteed death in most scenarios, especially on a medieval battlefield, where modern medicine isn't available in general.
I really like how you're doing this cuz it gives you more time to flesh out your thoughts on each individual execution

If you listen closely, the kick to the throat on hito's execution makes a snap sound. "Its just a sound effect of the kick", for honor is surorisingly very careful about when they use a snap sound effect, she snaps his arm before cutting it off then kicks the chin which makes the snap sound as the head thrusts back. So in reality hito gets a 4 for lethality as hes bleeding out and paralyzed from the neck down, but also this puts her cool factor qt a 4 for me personally because it is hella brutal, instead of cutting off the arm she snaps it first then cuts it off to leave them bleeding out which wouldnt kill but still thats a major bloodlose area, and then snaps his neck so he is stuck there, cant move, and has to wait to he bleeds out or brain death gets to him first., id give her a 4-2-3-4 which is a 13/16 or 81% so still might bring it down to 87% but yeah
Hey Raven Knight, idk if someone told you this before but could you do one where you grade the Universal executions? I would like to see an episode of that for fun just a fun side episode where you grade all the Universal executions

You jj’s idea of execution would be a 10/10 execution.
I thought Hito's matched the character fairly well with the one-handed axe and the kick, but its just too short to really make a decision on whether or not it fits her perfectly now that I think about it.
Is it me or does that kick at the end not feel strong enough
i want to say probably wait to have all executions available since it would be easier to focus on other stuff till of them comes out, least to me personally but it is a whatever floats your boat
Hito's kick hurts to watch, her toes are gonna be in pieces.

Doing one of these Videos between each TU is the way to go. I love to hear ur thoughts on these executions asap.
I think JJ's execution would be better on someone like maybe tiandi or modifying it to work for one of the knights. I think it's largely underqhelming because it is a cool execution but Jiang Jun's other executions are just so fucking phenomenal through and through.

I think the other issue is that the opponent doesn't really react much to the windpipe getting crushed. They just go limp. I feel like the opponent should be immediately clawing at the throat and maybe a couple spasms as they collapse. Then again, that may be too much.
to fix Hito's exe it would've been better if Hito did what she did in the first part cuts off the arm but after she cuts off the arm she brings wardens head closer to her slits the throat with the axe then kicks the head away finishing the execution

11:13 I am rather disappointed with this I mean after the kick or before the kick you had a perfect set up to do more like maybe kick him in the lower part of the leg to unbalance them and chop the head off then kick the body to the ground Or maybe for a start up swing the Axe to cut the Arm off and carry the movement into the hip causing a deep wound then kicking them to ground releasing the Axe to plunge it into the chest or the head
I'm gonna have to throw a bone to hito, If you look closely you can see the neck of the warden kinda snaps after that kick to the chin. Taking into account the angle it could maybe kill, so I, personally, would bump his lethality by a point.
Altho I could be wrong.
Ok, I've been behind you for 90% of your executions across all of your videos, but I don't agree with any of your final grades. I think they're all deserving of at least a twelve/sixteenth. I don't disrespect your opinion, but I just wanted to state mine.

JJ is the only one who had a cool execution in my opinion
I may hate Hitokiri with a burning passion, but she deserved a better execution than this. Like have her follow up the kick with a downward axe swing or idk something.....
the cool Factor has to vanish or taken totally separate, it's to subjective & ruins the total score, the other 3 Factors are WAY more important

Don't really play these characters much so this hero fest doesn't really bother me, however this is a three in a row of disappointment for these characters' new executions. The last three hero fests ate well, these three did not.

...Okay, let's have a chat:
1.) "They be taking heads off like it's nothing." You are comparing a decapitation to a blade piercing clean through a skull. Are you serious? The removal of a head requires cutting through flesh and one bone, the neck vertabrae. This is not an equivalence.
2.) The skull is the hardest bone in the human body. You would not be able to push a blade clean through BOTH ENDS with a one handed thrust. Did they do THAT on Forged in Fire?
3.) Forged in Fire uses a Ballistics Gel as their primary means of testing right? Gel can mimic flesh, but not bone, and the bone they put in isn't always comprable to the real thing.
4.) What would it matter if I have watched them? Major appeal to authority fallacy. Who gives a shit what they've tested in a controlled enviornment? I'm talking about in real war with real weapons with real equipment.
5.) "With no effort." You've clearly never tried to cut bone. Tell you what, go to a steakhouse, buy a bone in steak, and try cutting that bone with your steakknife. You'll suddenly realize how GROSSLY misinformed you are.
@RavenKnightYT steak bone is way harder then human bone an yes they have shown how blades easily cut through a pig body through the spine they done the same through goat not trying to say it's not possible but a well made sword with a razor edge has been show to cut through bones an other tuff things such as the strength test where blades can cut metal an other thing they put there
