I just installed this fuselage on a 330s. I noticed in your video that it looked like you only put the 4 screws with washers on the tail piece. So does your tail just float inside the back or did you secure the 330s tail to the fuselage with the stock screws that originally went through the stock tailfin?
The tail is secured with the stock screws in to the fusalage and bracket from the stock fin. Inside the tail is only held in place by these four screws. The only modification i did to the tail is the servo bracket these you have to change the position to make it fit.
If you buy the fusalageset everything you need is there. First you make sure the heli can fly as stock. Than you remove the landing gear and stock canopy retainers. Remove the tailblades and make sure the belt is in the richt direction. Also the tail servo had to put in different bracket that is provided with the fusalageset. The only thing i did is also upgrade the Blade retainer en gears etc to microheli upgrade parts. But you dont need that to make the fusalageset fly.
No it flys with stock setting. The only thing i changed is the tail gain and put the throttle back in normal mode to 50% for longer flight times. I don't do stunt with this one. It is a really nice fuselage from @microheli.
Nice. Question, it looks like your tail rotor servo is directly under your tail boom. My is kicked out on a 45 degree angle to the side. Do you feel there is ample room in the fuse in that area or was it tight? Thanks, Steve.

I know this was awhile ago, but did you need to order anything other than the fuselage? And did you have to modify the stock heli?

Nice build. Did you need to make any pitch or head speed changes for it to fly will in this fuselage?

For the tailservo there is an other bracket with the kitt. This will replace stock servo position and place it directly under the boom.
will this body fit a fusion 360?
I do not think so. Because the Fusion 360 is a bit larger and the tailboom is longer. The 330 fit perfectly with its smaller footprint.
