I love you Max, and you inspired me a lot (you still do) but you used to train with heavy weights exercises. Please stop telling adults that they can have a big muscles like you have, only by training with bodyweight exercises (bcs it's not true).
1) I do weighted calisthenics only once a week with 16-32 kg usually and it's not to build muscles but just to be able do smth with weights. Rest 5 days I do bodyweight 2) I started doing weighted calisthenics only after 8 years and at that time I was in similar form (you can see old photos in my insta) So you know nothing about me and you should stop talking

My points was: 1- I was not talking about you, I have followed you for 2 years (when I started training) and know how you're training, that was not my point. 2- My point was about the idea of "training only with bodyweight can give you the same muscles, that the athletes have" and this is totally wrong. - When an athlete like you (who has amazing body/muscles) tells the adults that you train only with bodyweight, It makes them believe that they can grow the same muscles size, with only bodyweight training! And this is a big lie and after a few years they will know it was a lie (and welcome to the disappointment) - Muscles need more weights to grow more big, this is how muscles work. + With only bodyweight you won't touch many muscles. Respect bro.
