One of the best ever eps of IGAS
Arlene Francis is the very definition of elegant.
baby next to cigarette advertisement. LMAO. Crazy, the early 60s
More notably the cigarette dangling from Gary’s mouth as he moved the baby closer.
This is great!!! Wish we could do this now!
First secret is kind of funny to me in a different way than anybody else you see my Dad's name is Timothy and his brother's name is Clifton funny to see two other brothers with the same first names except my dad Timothy was the older brother and Clifton was the younger brother.
fun episode.. really showed Arlene,s class and intelligence
Pamela Voorhees on the panel
Here is a portion of that young man Clifton Kendrick's obituary.. Clifton Lee Kendrick, 61, of Cherokee Village, Ark., died Sept. 5, 2007, at his residence. He was born Sept. 19, 1945, in Jacksonville, Fla., the son of James and Doris (Jarboe) Kendrick.
He graduated from Arkansas State University and was a member of the International Honors Society. He was a veteran of the United States Navy having served during the Vietnam War as a Navy Seal. Kendrick was a member of the Disabled American Veterans, the VFW, the American Legion and was the past president of both the Elks and the Eagles in Jonesboro.
Wow! Thank you!
I think this is the first time a kid could tell his teacher that his _brother_ ate his homework.

***** Glad you enjoy the videos-- and thanks for taking the time to leave such a nice comment!
I remember watching I've Got a Secret as a young child. Betsy Palmer was always my favorite contestant -- so pretty and smiley.
I hope the boy got an A on his project
As a huge Pirates fan, I LOVE the Bill Mazeroski segment! One of my favorite players, and despite what many others say, he deserves his spot in the Baseball Hall of Fame!
Mr. X's entire game can be seen on UA-cam.
My favorite IGaS episode ❤❤❤❤ IT!!!!
A twelve year old and his baby brother
Timothy is so cute lol. Very close in age to me. I wonder what he thinks of his performance, looking back lol.
I hope Gary was smoking the sponcer's product....
Every time someone leaves a comment misspelling Garry Moore's name, I think they're referring to ME! Two R's in his first name. Believe me, I'm not trying to play grammar police here, I hate that sort of thing. It just throws me for a loop every time when someone refers to Garry Moore by first name only and spells it the way I spell my name! Especially this time, because I actually AM a smoker.
Sorry about that
I'm gobsmacked. I watched Garry back in the late 1950s and I never realized he smoked! I wonder when he quit (or if he ever did)!
@@TheCometHunter Moore was a heavy smoker and died of throat cancer and emphysema.
I wonder if Moore actually smoked Winstons on the program duriing their sponsorship.
Probably, and I'll bet you dollars to donuts Garry got 'em for free, too!
Yes he did. It was in his contract. But Gary was already a nicotine fiend anyway.
Precursor for social media.
I thought Mazeroski on "What's My Line"....was in this segment?.....cannot find it...I did see him on the "I've Got A Secret"...portion, but not on "WML"?....Where is it?? I recall vividly as a kid seeing him on WML show shortly after he hit the home run.
notice how people dressed up to go out. not a tee shirt or fanny pack to be seen
Yeah, I remember we dressed up to go to dinner, the movies or even to travel (plane/train).
Just two days after I was born!
😂This was my generation. I have pictures of me and my brother and sister sitting in my dads lap as babies and my dad with a huge grin and a lit Pall Mall hanging out of his mouth. That’s why half of us still smoke is because by the time everyone was saying how dangerous it was the die was already cast.
GAME SHOWS WERE FUN BACK THEN...
Least he's not crying
@7:35 why did she bring her purse out?
because that's what they did then. a lady always carried her purse
You can never be too careful around showbiz types. Even back then.
@@Steve-eq8iz and it was often a fashion accessory. Matches the outfit 😉
Is there a baby on the show
4:58 - 😂!!
Arlene Francis dress slip is nearly falling off
Wow. This is great T.V. Sure cheered me up. Thank You! What happened to the U.

Of Maz mobbed at the plate. It read hope you had a great day!
First game. Funny as it is, it is Classic illustration of Toddlers and The Perils of Living Television. the director should have gotten the kid off after the introduction.
no way, he was the best part of the show.....
Have to agree..the baby made that segment.
NO, that was a riot!!!
It makes it more entertaining !
What a load of DRIVEL!
Then don't watch it if you don't enjoy it.
sexism on parade!
