Started this laying in my bed feeling blah and by the end of it I was up cleaning my kitchen so definitely motivated this tired nurse to get some stuff done!

Beautiful video! You are absolutely right about it not having to be perfect. I had three 15 year olds using my Blackstone this morning to make pancakes and sausage. I stood back and supervised and made sure they knew about cleaning the beast. It was such an epic 30 minutes! Gotta teach the men how to cook. Now if they were better about cleaning up the mess.
Brown bananas don't mean that they are bad. You need to peel them and check. The are probably fine, perfect for baking
Yes! Brown are the best for banana bread! Sweetest! I remove from skin and freeze in ziploc for baking later.
My birthday is coming up in November and I was just telling my husband I want a blank recipe book where I can put all of my grandmother’s recipes. So the fact that you’re coming out with one just made me super excited!!!
Next time you want to use parchment paper in your bread pan cut a piece that is long and kinda narrow. Place it in the pan hanging over the long sides so you can lift the bread out with "the handles" of parchment paper. Hope that makes sense! The muffins did look yummy!
Wait!! Peel the Bananas and freeze them.. once frozen blend them with fresh berries, makes a frozen ice cream like thing, it's really good 👍
Or you can defrost later to use to make banana bread 🍞

Hi! If you scrunch your baking parchment/paper up into a ball before using it, it moulds to the baking dishes super easy :)

That looks so good! Fun fact if you Pam it then place flour on it. When it's done. You can just flip it upside down and it comes right out! No scrubbing pans or nothing. Love the look of the fridge 🤤

Not so funny story about my KitchenAid mixer... mine came with a glass bowl and as I was mixing cookie dough one night, the little plate thing that has the logo on it right above the bowl fell into the bowl, the blade caught it and SHATTERED my bowl. Glass and cookie dough all over my kitchen! Word of advise, take it out before mixing or make sure that sucker is in there tight lol! Love you Tiffany!
Parchment paper hack…wet it and wring it out. It will fit into almost any shape pan easily

Do the produce containers really keep them fresh and for how long? I have always been afraid of washing my produce ahead of time as I thought it will rot faster.
Try putting them in mason jars with a napkin on the bottom will keep fresh a bit longer than a week

Just cut your parchment paper the widest size of your bread pan & over lap by 2 inches..kinda like blanket that fits in you pan. Don’t worry about narrow sides, being covered. It’s basically a long strip of fitted parchment the with of your pan. I still, however spray with cooking spray or baking floured spray. When your finished baking just grab the overlapped wide ends & lift your bread right out! Try a cup shredded coconut or crushed pineapple in your zucchini bread. I made several loaves of zucchini bread from our summer garden & froze them. Their great with hot tea during those cold evenings. Thank again for the food preparation motivation!

If you take the baking paper and squeeze them in your hand a couple of time (like you were about to throw it on the trash) so it gets all wrinkly, it's easier to place in different kind of pans, even round ones :)

Take a clothes pin and pin it over the parchment paper that attaches to the side of pan . The batter will not get all over . Take off the pin before baking though
In the UK I buy loaf tin liners, it negates the need to use parchment paper, I'm sure they'll be available in the USA.

The stalks of the broccoli are less bitter then the florets and my favorite part. Just grab the stiff outer stem at the bottom and peel it up the stalk.
The part where you were getting the Tupperware and noticed the lids so you had to straighten them...reminds me of If You Give A Mouse A Cookie.😂 I do that while I clean too!
