I always fold & hang clothes right out of dryer, I can't stand for clothes to sit & get wrinkled for me to have to iron. I got in that habit and it makes my life easier. I can't wait to see y'alls closet organization 🤗 great video 👍🏼
@@elena.popzlateva I got each of us our own laundry basket so when I grab a load of dirty clothes, I'll also grab the empty hangers in closet. When everything is dry I'll fold & hang everything real quick & put it back in the spots that are missing. Usually listen to 90s hip hop🤣 Also, I don't do everyone's in one day. B4 I started this I went thru all the clothes & organized/donated them + bought new hangers so I think it helped to get organized 1st with less clothing. This is the only thing that I'm particular about, I'll let other things slide so I think it's just individual preferences.
Always love your inspiration! We have hooks on the doors by our laundry closet and hang right out of the dryer. That way I'm not dealing with it so many times. I also save all of my hanging stuff for one load, so I know everything coming out of the dryer will be hung. Then, I do all the folding stuff in another load. It's amazing how much simpler it feels. The Lazy Genius has a great laundry podcast that helped my so much.
I Change my bedding every two weeks because i have a shower every night and I wear pjs - I think more often is not environmentally friendly so much water get wasted plus it is waste of precious time :)
Our sheets every Sunday(guest room depends but always before and after a guest stays over), kids every Monday (Sunday I do self care so I need a nice fresh bed and kids get washed with their school nap blankets)
So excited to watch your journey with all the upgrades to the house and get to see how you transform the basement, kids rooms and all of your closets! Also, I am a Tiffani when it comes to how I separate my laundry. Thank you for all the cleaning motivation!!
I wash our sheets once a week and blankets every 2 weeks. Also as a time saver I strip bedding first thing in the morning so you don’t give yourself double work!!Oh and pillows get washed once a month.🙂
I always have a hanging bar installed over my washer and dryer. I hang damp and dry clothes right out of dryer. We change our sheets weekly on Sundays and rotate 4 sets of sheets so they last a long time.
I too wait every Sunday for this! Love the motivational videos, and your family videos that get posted every week. Thank goodness for you because I don't have cable!
We are also a family of 6 and I change our sheets every week. However I have a staggered schedule; meaning one weeks it’s our sheets & the baby’s and the next it’s the three older kiddos. However, with cold season coming up I usually end up changing it all more frequently because my hubby and our second eldest son have a ton of allergies.
Depends on where I’m doing the folding. If I’m doing it on the bed right next to the closet, i stack them flat on top of each other and then just slip a hanger on each and carry them in together. If I’m folding downstairs in front of the tv i fold it first so the wrinkles don’t set in. It’s also easier to carry upstairs with so the other folded stuff.
I have 2 sheets. I wash pillow cases, comforter and the sheet we used on friday and ehile those are in the wash i put the new sheet on. That eay they are always washed incase we need a mid week change. And lay my hanging clothes flat and when im done folding and putting those away i get the hangers and hang the clothes up
I love that you utilize your banisters for the bed linens! Definitely cuts down on the energy bill having them air dry instead of throwing everything into the dryer.
I wash my sheets twice a week with an alternating Sunday schedule. For instance, I’ll wash my pillow cases/sheets and boys Pillow cases on S1. Then on S2, I’ll wash my pillow cases only and their sheets and pillows. That way the sheets are being washed every two weeks and all (mine and their’s)pillow cases get washed every week
I set my clothes that need to be hung over the back of the dining room chair and fold all the others. Then I bring everything upstairs and hang/put away in drawers. I try not to waste precious time 🤣
If I think I won't have time to hang, I take out of the dryer and fold everything into a basket. If I know I have time, then I just lay them out and hang immediately
My eldest three are exactly the same with their stuffed animals. I was the same as you Tiff; I used to line them up from smallest to biggest, even when I was cuddling them.
i always clean up meanwhile my food is cooking.. multi tasking..so when the food is done, the mess is already clean.. and when i plate the food, i clean up the pans and pots.. this way i can save time. after we eat, i clean up the plate right away and wipe the table and stove area. now the kitchen is clean and ready for the next time. i learn this multi tasking right after i have my son.. because since my time was less and less for clean up the house, so this way i can spend more time for my family and for other activity. same for clothes, no more 'this can wait for later' or the clothes will be a clothes hill
Girl, you slipper falling off made me Lol! Anyway for the boys rooms since y’all are on the fence you should get on of those beds that can be both bunk and single twin!
I lay my clothes that need to be hung in a pile like you. Folding clothes is a complete chore for me so I sure don’t want to do it if I don’t have to lol!! Can’t wait for the closet video, I need some motivation 😊🥰
Literally folding laundry while watching this and making a pile for the clothes I hang haha my husband used to do what Chris does until I told him it doesn’t make sense to do that because you’re just going to unfold them to hang up and now he just makes a pile like me lol
Wait for your videos, your such a inspiration. I get so much accomplished after watching you! I always lay my hanging flat first. Have you considered loft beds for the boys.
I wash my bed every two weeks. If not I feel like its not frech, probably in my mind. Towels no choice but part of them every week. 🌞Criss is so funny, no I lay all my close and then hang them. I do that every sunday to have my close ready for work every day. 🌟
On the debate for folding/hanging: if I am putting them up right away then I will lay them in a pile to hang. However, if Im not in the mood to put them away at the moment then i just fold them until im ready to hang.
I do definitely do not fold an item I am going hang! 😂 I lay them flat and when I am done with the folded items I go straight in the closet to hang them.
Just wondering.. don’t y’all have multiple bed linens? Like when you need to wash the ones you slept in you just pull out new clean from the closet and make the bed right away? Instead of waiting for the washing and drying process? 😊
I half fold mine if that makes sense lol I put in in a pile folded hot dog or hamburger style so that it’s just easier to carry to the closet to fold lol.. what oils do you use for your laundry?
I'm new to your channel. And I watch right before bed and I wake up motivated to clean & get things done! Can't wait for the next one! Xo p.s. I don't fold the clothes I hang😉
I only use the tumble dryer for towels, but even then I only put them in 20mins then hang them (tumble dry for 20 to soften them up) I hang all clothes, bedding etc on a clothes rack. Then when they're dry they go in a folded pile in a clothes basket ready to be ironed. We iron all our clothes etc, then as i iron each item I hang them on hangers and go in our wardrobes. Do u not need to ever iron? Only our underwear and pj's go into drawers.
GLASS COFFEE/TEA MUGS!! Please can you let us know where you got them, they have the wider tops and nice handles, which I can't find. I wash my sheets twice a week. Thanks for another motivating and informative video!

Here in Norway most people will wash and/or change their bedding once a week. I do that myself. Awesome video as always. Hugs.
I've been excited all morning for you to post! Nothing like Sunday at Tiffany's to get my week started! ❤❤❤

Good Morning Tiffani. Thanks for all the motivation. I strip my Bedding 2 times a week. U can't wait to see the new renovations. Love From Indiana.
I lay shirts flat over dryer door, as I put the rest in basket. Bring items over dryer door to hangers and hang immediately before wrinkling.
Girl I don't know how you keep up with everything. So inspiring thank you

If i have to hang items i usually grab a few hangers from the closet and then hang them up on the hanger and lay it on the bed as I’m folding.
Love watching, plz list this playlist and we’re you got your bed??? I always love your calm vibe 🥰

Thanks for the closet motivation!
What's the stuff you poured into the bowl when soaking the strawberries?
I think it’s the Thieves Fruit and veggy soak.
It’s on the counter at 14:35
Thanks y'all 😀 I'll have to pay better attention lol.
Is it me or does she have the sweetest voice 🥰
We have two identical sets of bedding and I swap them every 10-12 days because we shower before bed so we’re never dirty from the day.
I so love the music you put in your videos🤗🤗
I like the table under the staircase in family room. I always thought something needed to go there.❤
Ya!! I love your videos!!! Been waiting for time to be able to watch.
My thoughts for Everli’s party was A Winter ONEderland or Everli’s Ever After….and yes I lay my clothes flat to hang them as well.
I love the ever after idea!
Aren't you worried laying wet things on the rails is gonna ruin the wood?
I wondered this too!
I love how the boys plant themselves right in the walk way. 🙂❤
