Sam seducing the Ruler is the funniest thing so far :D I was also thinking about Carl's character giving the Princess some special kind of STD, so that's great :D
She just needs to work on that so she can seduce different ones in the game without laughing at the end. That would confuse everwho she is trying to seduce.
Damn Allore really lives up to her name. I mean seducing a ruler of a country on first meeting has got to be an insane feat. She should have been awarded an Inspiration at least.
Is this a Valentines Day episode or what? Tony's disappointment at realizing that Carl already seduced the princess was great. Totally shipping Khor Pygaambar and Sam.
My last druid with a miserable charisma seduced a female ancient green and a male ancient brass dragon resulting in a dragon love triangle fight that leveled the city....with great seduction comes great responsibility.

Only 9:30 into the video so far, but... Yomi just got off with a big, strong Fire-amplifying Gem after specifically only using fire magic in the dungeon. Coincidence? I THINK NOT! First time watching this, really enjoying the ride so far. ^^
Late to the episode but regarding the resummoning of the familiar: since he's a Pact of the Chain warlock, he knows the Find Familiar spell and can cast it as a ritual which means he can resummon his familiar whenever he wants so long as he takes an hour and has the required 10gp in components, assuming that you guys are using the rule for material components.
and it does not use a spell slot as a ritual (and even if it did, a warlock gets all slots on short rest so Beecher should have been all set in any case)
Damn, Bill DM's like a jazz musician... like, scat-diddly-saxaphone, daddio. Lol. And that chocolate salty chef voice sent Allore up the wall... like a dungeon rug.... MEEEAAAOW! ^_^ Just playin' _(This is the role-play version of youtube comments ;-P)_
Specifically, what Tony does not know is HOW TO use the Glossary at the end of the Player´s Handbook. -> Then he would be able to locate the race, class & background of his character.
See, this is where I would have used my character to use the library to learn infernal and/or abyssal so if I came across another scroll from another ritual I could learn more about the ritual itself
I'd have given the king advantage to seduce the rogue when she failed her roll to seduce him. Kinda looks like that's how it turned out anyway. Your patience with Tony is legendary. Throwing out 10 wild ideas a session with a hit rate of 1 or 2 paying off is not bad play (it's a fun trait actually), but shouting and bitching in an effort to get his own way absolutely is.
Because of his class and being "The Chosen One" by a divinity; he is probably FORBIDDEN from using "seduction" himself (but not to allow others to seduce him). -> There is no reason for him to negate any advances; so he can always say "yes" to an indecent proposition [ "not now" is different than "never" or "perhaps later" (as it implies that the event WILL happen if things go as expected) ].
Nice listen.. more hype for my session now this weekend... side note.. one of my players once sppke to a swarm of snakes and intimidated them away... i had to "roll" with it!...
Ok I just got back from a similar club where we play dnd where I also play a aaimar and it just clicked that the paladin found out what I am the same way mantra found out about Olin. With divine sense.
The ability to talk to animals is great if you are out of towns and cities. When you are in towns, cities, and villages it is still good if there are cats, dogs, and other animals around. For example, he could talk to any of the horses that are in the stables or other places where they are just waiting for their owners to get back to them.
As a forest gnome though, you only have the natural ability to talk with small beasts. You will still need the 'Speak with animals' spell if you want to talk with a horse.
This is the second time that a royal was seduced by someone who didn't give them "due" respect. It seems that being treated like ordinary people is exactly what they want.
"I'm a strong idependent woman" the little gold digger kitten says. I hope there was sarcasm there, because that behavior is far from what a strong independen woman stands for
Beecher uses the ritual to summon familiar and DOES NOT waste a spell slot BUT I do agree you can only summon a new familiar a day after dismissing or the death of another familiar. BUT RAW only prevents the spell caster from have two familiar at once. The spell takes an hour and 50gp of material item BILL DONT LET THE PLAYER SKIRT THE RULES. players who don’t pay attention to time constraints and material items cost don’t conserve supplies and are slow to go on adventure for GP.

First of all I think the show is great, I have since the beginning. That said I'm just sharing what I believe is constructive criticism in the nicest way I can twelve episodes into this season. The roleplaying is good, always has been but besides the beginner mistakes (which are fine and expected) I have to say I have almost skipped the rest of the season a couple different times and I'll tell you why. Tony, man, bro, get a damn grip yourself. Tony acts like the whole game is only about him and is kind of an overbearing attention ho. Almost every time someone makes even just a simple roll and their roll is higher then his he tries to get Bill to favor him. Others can't rp or play out their own character without him either telling them what to do or trying to steal all the attention away from them. It is about being a team and having fun, not about the individual. In my opinion I think this is a big reason why half of the starting viewers from episode one are no longer around. Just something to think about when playing in the future. Be a team player. Share the play time. You are all good roleplayers with great ideas, but I am honestly surprised none of other party members hasn't tried to choke Tony out yet. Anyway great show of patience from dm and players, or is it more tolerance haha. Keep going with the show, not only is it a good show but the whole concept of it is awesome and what got me from the start.
Poor Tony, always stuck in those gnome stereotypes xP

I love how invested the party is in actually roleplaying. Great episode!

That's our artist Luigi Manese. You can find him on Insta. He's legit!
That is so incredible, when players do remember names (complicated) of places and characters. I love it.
