Fyi if you’ll need to learn how to style it or else it’s just gonna fall flat after showering especially if you have straight hair, the cut is just layers, the styling is prob more important

@@menymen no sadly haha it was right above my shoulder (the end went a little under) and then yesterday i just got a trim kinda? my bangs are now short somewhere right under my eye and the ends of my hair stayed a lil of the same length, just got a hair thin and now im still waiting for it to grow faster!

To answer your question: I'm from Germany and perms are no longer popular. It was a huge craze in the 80's and 90's to have very curly, big perms. Nowadays mostly old women get bigger curled perms to fluff up the hair and hide thinned out zones. The partial perms to give more volume to the hair line didn't reach Germany yet, I think. I'm not a hairdresser, but I habe never encountered someone who has gotten the procedure.

@@shirogane7106 I dont mind sharing at all! :) i actually dont have that hairstyle anymore as i just recently got it cut to yeonjuns hairstyle instead haha but when i did have it, more often then not, it actually already looked styled. Whether it was because of my bed hair or just the way i blow-dried it. The messy look definitely gives it a bit of character and volume! Usually with this cut i didnt curl or straighten my hair at all, but when i did blow dry it (i only had to because my hair is bleached and takes forever to dry otherwise), i did bring my hair around the crown to the front (if that makes sense). This just gave it a bit more of a tousled look rather than flat. A struggle with this hair though was when it was growing out a bit. As most hair do once theyve hit an awkward length, they begin to flick out. For some, it probably wouldnt be a big deal as some do intentionally style it that way, but i just prefer my ends to be a bit more flat

If you want to get this type of hairstyle or in general attain better haircuts, go Korean salons.
