No im not defending him but im just pointing out the fact that is it really that realstic the police believing yolande by hearsay? I mean they may but would her word really be enough evidence? Well maybe tbh but i dont think taking someones word would prove beyond "reasonable doubt" but i suppose itd also depend on the jury
