Yeah, as soon as he called the Honda Pacific Coast and other Touring bikes "ugly versions of sport bikes", I knew I could safely stop watching the video lol.
The reason that the Aprilia Moto 6.5 looks unique when compared to Aprilia’s other bikes is because it was a one off outsourced design by Philippe Stark. He was a popular French industrial designer during that era and he was given design exercises far afield from his usual endeavors so Aprilia had him design a ‘city bike’.
That gold and silver Aprila is absolutely stunning. Really amazing design lines for the time (manufacturing must have been incredibly hard). I'd love to buy a second hand one.
The designer Philippe Starck is not a automotive designer and made something different. He managed to create a own line without that triangular front down plastic overkil that was initiated by Hans A. Muth with the BMW R100RS and the Suzuki Katana. That style went crazy and lead to the KTMs with their sharp design. so sharp you won't want to approach these bikes without protective wear. That actually appeals to a lot of people, not me.
Watching this and i own a 13 year old kawasaki versys 1st gen, bought it new and been using it for everyday for commute. Got to say that it is an ugly looking motorcycle but after serving some 100k++ miles it proves to be the most reliable and cost effective motorcycle i have ever own and heard of. What an experience
BMWs and Honda Wings get to 200k+ pretty easily. I sold a guy a 1985 BMW K100rt with 128k on the clock. Only thing that needed maintenance was greasing the driveshaft splines. When I owned it, I was doing 80+mph in the rain, on good new tires. It was rock-solid planted, and comfortable. Long live the "Flying brick"! 😎
The MV 600 lead to the most beautiful bikes ever, let me explain. A guy young called Massimo Tambourini owned one, he loved the engine but hated everything else. So he decided to change it. He later went on to be known for being the TA from the famous brand BIMOTA. Then he left his partners and joined the Cagiva Reasearch Center, racking up a few more designs such as the Ducati 916, The Mito and finally the MV Agusta F4.
Half these people seem to forget it's supposed to be a video about the ugliest bike from every manufacturer. No exceptions. Busa is a unique case. It had a very strange design since day 1. It's design was moulded by wind tunnel testings. But it also has a timeless design, it's strange so it never gets old.
I have always hated the Busa look. Rode my friend's 2005, and fell in love with that engine!! We swapped for the day, he rode my 2004 R1. I don't know who gushed more about each other's bike? He's quite a bit smaller than me and it was like we had the wrong bikes. I still have my 04 and would never get rid of it, but that 1300cc power plant stays in my memory. Power EVERYWHERE!!!! Just pull off all that bulbous crap.
The PC800 is a beautiful masterpiece!!!! 😂 I can see how someone would feel it’s ugly…Im obsessed with finding one. I think they are gorgeous and so retro/futuristic.
YES! I watched the Fort9 vid on them and since then I have been obsessed with finding a cheap one. They are hilariously terrible but somehow built well.
9:15 I was sitting at a light in Vancouver in about 1979. A noise came up beside me. It was a HD model of some desperate alphabetical scrabble mistake. The rider was a long haired bearded hippy and his Ol' Lady perched on the back was a Twiggy look alike. The bike was loaded down with camping gear. It was mildly chopped with an extended springer fork. Buddy asked me if this was the road to the ferry terminal. I said it was. He thanked me and we pulled away as the light turned green. The bike was rust from top to bottom, fender to fender and rim to rim. Even the spokes were rusty. It had mud and dirt and shit on every surface. But it ran and sounded great. Rat Rod wasn't a thing back then. But if there was, this bike was the poster child. Best looking ugly bike I've ever seen.
I realize this list is subjective & the opinion of the poster, but we can all agree there are ugly motorcycles throughout the years. Some designs were influenced by trends at the time like skirted fenders, multiple exhaust pipes, engines hidden by extensive bodywork, etc. We can also agree 'Beauty is in the eye of the beholder' and some designs are timeless. My favorite is the Honda Nighthawk S 700 particularly the '84-'85 model years.

As a former owner of a Ducati DS1100, I totally agree of how awkward that design is. Great bike but underpowered according today's standards, and with a low maintenance cost - bear with me that's strange for Ducatis - people often mistook mine for a 600!!! Still, some think of it as an acquired taste, like Roquefort cheese. Man, I still regret selling it.
The Road Glide and the Indian Challenger are both functionally great bikes, but the fairings absolutely look like afterthoughts. Not a fan of the jam-packed engine bay in the Challenger either. Looks like something GM would do.
Some motorcycle ur describing is having unique designs. Their are motorcycles with narrow tires which focuses on milage their are motorcycles with narrow tires getting 60km per liter milage to maybe 90km per liter milage.
When the Multistrada came out, I won't lie, I wasn't a huge fan, BUT years later, I came across a 2008 1100S for a deal I couldn't pass up. And I must say, all polished and cleaned up in my garage, it's a beautiful machine. Being over a decade old, it still looks current in its design. Plus, it's a great bike!
I own a 2004 1000ds, red, grey wheels, original = small windshield. Unusual looking? Yes. Ugly? Not to me. And not apparently to many people who come up to me and say how beautiful it is. Plus it’s an absolute marvel to ride. Multiple road trips, several of them two up later I deeply cherish this machine. I’ll never sell it.
yeh I keep wondering why UA-cam keeps recommending this and Yammie Noob channels as quite honestly almost all my bike searches on YT are for tourers and sports tourers ( Yammie Noob once went on a rant about how bad the VFR's were which to me was nothing short of sacrilegious and I had click the "do not recommend" option.. sure his riding trips might be to the gas station and back but for fast long mile eating (~1000 klm days in the saddle) with the ability to handle corners very few bikes handle that role better.)
@@TheRealMarxz people just assume themselves to be all-knowing once they get the experience of riding a few light weight sports bikes. They go on hating anything that can't do 100 kph in 5 secs. Who cares about how fast you reach the 100kph if you're going on a 3000 km trip. It's all about stability, peace and endurance after the first 300 kilometres.
Yup, generally agree w most of your picks but I have a few alternative suggestions: - BMW: The K1. Nuff said. - KTM: the 1st gen Duke. Compared to that, the Adventure is a real improvement. As for Ducati, reminds me how on one show where they walked around a big used-bike dealership, the host asked the salesman "Is that old Multi yours or did you just take it in commission?" - "In fact, it belongs to us." - "Now forever." xD

I own a 2007 1100 Multistrada that on the moment shows 70k km on the clock. It may be - or more likely may be not - your cup of tea, but I can tell you, if you love to ride, that thing is simply amazing. So versatile and fun, it's a real joy to ride. Just to give you an idea, in 2019 I bought a 2018 Tracer to replace it, after a few month I loved them both and the Tracer was for sure a great bike, but I ultimately ended up selling it because when you ride it for real, the Tracer isn't simply as good as the old Multi.
Honda Pacific Coast @ 3:55 , i like the look of that bike, the body is fully enclosed, sleak & clean looking, beginning from the cover over the frontwheel, over the engine and all the way to the rear end. even that whiteish beige color a bit like mayonaise suits to that look well. nice round forms around the headlight and windshield. that whole bike looks just right. its in itself & for itself harmonic looking & well desgined, so i think that you can not really call that Honda Pacific Coast "ugliest". 7:24 now that looks like a design failure, like some part broke of below the case of the headlight, unharmonic for a bike, a bit like the head of a mantis (that insect). i like harley bikes, but that one, nah, not nice. i think that "aereal leader" (if i understood that name right) at 4:14 looks embarassing with that flat strange front around the headlight, but that is nothing like the round harmonic form around the headlight in the Honda Pacific Coast you compare that "aereal leader" to. 9:17 old "Indian Chief", that is so very americana, american history and it reminds native american culture, which is i think that "Indian Chief" is supposed to. why does it remind native american culture to me, is because those flowing lines of the fenders of that Indian Chief look calm & resting, like native american wisdom. i like that Indian Chief. maybe a native american person would disagree, possibly its my eurocentric cultured view to consider that "Indian Chief" look as reminding native american culture. how can you find that "ugliest", like what would go though your mind to find that "ugliest" ?? that BMW K1600 looks just fine to me, nothing wrong with that at all, similar the triumph in the end of the video. what is not so nice looking on that triumph bike are all those screws heads that stick out from the body, but thats a minor issue. that ktm i would agree, "crazy weird mask thing" 11:28, that form of the front fender looks totaly wrong and not belonging to that bike at all, like fish with chicken. the ktm designer must been fedup with work to put that mistake on that ktm bike. 5:03 i think that headlight suits to that bike, all together an ok look. what i like about the BMW K1600, Honda Pacific Coast and that Triumpf is, that the lower legs & knees have a part of the bike in front of them, that protects the legs. there were BMW bikes that had air ducts there that conducted warm air from the machine there, to warm the legs in colder weather, great for touring. i think that Honda Pacific Coast is the nicest of all these bikes, i would like one for longer journeys.
If you think you have bad taste just remember someone looked at these motorcycles and thought “yes, I’m gonna spend my next paycheque on that machine!”
Ok, I own and love my 2nd gen Versys 650. I can’t see it when I am riding it.🙂 No mention of BMW R1200 C? Or the Speed Triples with the goofy headlights sticking out?
BMW has made a lot of ugly bikes, especially the newer ones, but by far the ugliest was the 1991 K1. For Honda, It is without a doubt the 2017 and up Rebels. I mean, there is ugly, and then there is UGLY. And the 2017 and up Rebels are without a doubt the UGLIEST motorcycles I have ever seen in the U.S. What the hell were they thinking? Yes, the Madura was not a pretty bike, but when it comes to downright ugly, that has to go to the early '80s Katana. That is what today is known as the Harley Road Glide, and that fairing is ugly. But the same bike with the Street Glide fairing on it is gorgeous. So it's just the fairing. To me (and I own a 1989 FXRS Low Rider) all older Harleys are beautiful. The Pan America and the Sportster are hideous. And Harley had ruined so many bikes by dipping the whole bike in matte black paint. I like bright shiny paint and chrome. Matte black looks like primer to me. It's just a big black blob. You can't see the lines. The Sportster Iron models are ridiculous looking. The ugliest Yamaha would have to be the early '80s Vision 550, or the early 90s GTS1000 with the RADD front end. The ugliest Kawasaki has to be the Vulcan S, which is a close second behind the 2017 and up Honda Rebels. I like all the old original Indians. The first Indians that Polaris came out with were. They strongly resembled the original Chief, with that big full front fender. Then came the Scout, which looked like some kind of industrial machine. Super ugly. Then they totally destroyed the Chief, they don't even have that beautiful front fender anymore. And they have started the YBOB thing (Yet Another Blacked Out Bike) The blacked out fad has gone far enough. It needs to go away, and go away NOW. That Triumph looks a lot like a Buell, all of which were ridiculously ugly. But besides the bikes I mentioned above, perhaps the ugliest bikes of all is every single crotch rocket ever made. Every one of them is disgustingly ugly. These bikes started in 1985, with the Suzuki GSXR, and the Kawasaki Ninja 600 and 900, and they have been getting uglier and uglier ever since. Not to mention the are virtually unrideable with bars that feel like they are attached to the front axle and footpegs where the rear turn signals should be. Basically, 99% of the time, the newer a bike is, the uglier it is.
Harley started the blacked out bike trend with the Night Train. I thought it looked bad ass then. Indian’s scout and chief bobbers and their ftr look pretty bad ass to me now. They still have the skirted fender bikes. They’re called springfields.
The Aprilia Moto 650 has very fluid lines that flow freely from front to rear. And the Harley JD Rye transforms into a stunner at 3 a.m. after finishing off a quart of JD. 😍
I'm also riding a Triumph and I always notice that Triumph is quite an acquired taste (except for the retro bikes and cruisers since they're just awesome). I only bought my Tiger 900 because when I sat on it and test rode it it just felt amazing... hated the looks back then and now I really think it's rather pretty ^^'
Agreed. I have the Tiger 1200 (Gen 2) and it looks badass. I love how the engine block looks with the frame and the bodywork. But I wouldn't call it pretty.
I totally agree with you; our tastes coincide. IMHO there seem to be contests running in both moto as well as automotive design to make the ugliest machines ever made. I have wondered if a lot of design has been influenced by some of the graphic art in Japanese manga - all that spiky hair and angular everything. Perhaps I'm just a wet blanket on modern taste. (I still think a 1960 Alfa Romeo Giulietta Sprint is the prettiest Alfa ever made.) And why is it that many of the flagship cars and SUVs of today have to have those enormous teeth, like some horrifying, monster fish that lives at the bottom of the Mariana Trench? What happened to fluid lines, proportion, or even a union of form and function like your Triumph 500?
I was glad to finally see someone call out BMW's ugly styling. I would extend it past the K series to the R series also, with the jagged fairings and headlight design. It looks like a kid's toy Transformer. I hope they get back to some clean lines again, and soon.
Yea, really don't get why they make them look like they have a tiny front wheel, looks like a scooter. which started at the R1200RT I think. Also remember the BMW Scarver? You could drive a bus between the front wheel and the engine. It looked so out of proportion.
Regarding the Yamaha bike here, I would have to say that most 125cc or lower commuter bikes in Asia look like that (regardless of the brand). You need to look at the similar offerings of Honda and Suzuki too in that category.
I own that Ducati, besides the expensive service it's a really great bike and very cheap, since it's ugly. One fun fact most wouldn't know is that the geometry and hardware is identical with the Hypermotard, which goes for a shit ton of money
I can't believe you went with the K1600 rather than the R1200CL. But watching more of the video I see you just don't like touring bikes. Almost every one of these is either touring oriented, or you don't like the headlight. Or both.
I got a 2008 Versys 650, it looks horrible if you stand in front of it or look at the front from a certain angle... but the side an rear view is great. Never bought a bike by to looks, the versys is my swiss knife or do everyrhing bike, plus its fuel efficent. I absolutly love it. Expect that fugly headlight.
Hey I have ridden two of these bikes, the Honda Pacific Coast 800 and Aprilia Moto 6.5! I bought the Aprilia as my first big bike and almost bought the Pacific Coast. I love both the bikes and would actually consider buying the Pacific Coast now if it's still in production. Smooth and very practical for touring. As for the Moto 6.5, I love it so much that I have decided to do it up. Can't wait to get it out on the road again, the big thumper is simply superb for hilly roads.
Guess it's a compliment to the guys behind Johnny Quest, that you thought it was 30 years newer than it was! I'm 63 and it was my favorite cartoon show as a kid. Way ahead of its time, like Star Trek.

Honda DN wasn't that bad. It got use in as a cool bike for a TV show in Kamen Rider Decade. Though I am surprise that older gen Suzuki Katana didn't got in the list.
I feel like you’ve majorly overlooked the Suzuki Boulevard lineup, specifically the M109R, that thing is awful. Honda Valkyrie Rune is an abomination as well
The PC800 is a fantastic bike. I rode one for about a year. I don't think it's right to compare it to other bikes it is so unique. It is odd looking but has a certain charm. The "Eye Abuser" is widely considered to be awful looking, but it's a wind tunnel design, what can you do, I would own one.
Oh yeah, KTM excels in awkward; like beginner origami. But I love the Aprilia 6.5... I think it's stand-out-from-the-crowd flowingly gorgeous. But then, I love the Bus too for its (voluptuous) curves. It's a shame about the Triumph Trophy 1200. Not sure what they were thinking there. I own a 2014 Sprint GT and I think it's a handsome fellow. Nearly as good-looking as the old Honda Super Blackbird, which is timeless to me.
@@SpiderSid007 you can make good bikes that are ugly, like ktm, and every dual sport lol. You can also make terrible bikes that are beautiful, royal enfield bullet. Don’t get upset
I thought you might include the Cagiva Gran Canyon, I got one ten years ago super cheap because it was considered such an ugly duckling at the time, I didn't care too much because I'd ridden one and they are awesome to ride, great sound and feel, it is a slightly weird looking design when you get off it I must concede. Not nearly as bad as that travesty of a Multistrada though. But hey, from the sounds of it, the multi rides bloomin' great also.
From its inception the first-gen Ducati Multistrada had a love/hate relationship with the public. It's unconventional styling was shunned by many, even as the 2007-09 models were routinely heralded as a tremendous all-rounder. I purchased an '09 1100S in 2014, picking it up in Raleigh, NC and riding back to Dallas, TX. What the air-cooled L-twin lacks in HP it makes up for with tremendous torque and a relatively light gross weight. Coupled with Ohlins & Brembos and lacking electro-sensors, the rider feels very "connected" to the bike. The maligned yet majestic Multi can hang with sportbikes in the twisties while knocking-down 500+ miles a day and not leave the rider aching. One subjective advantage to questionable styling: exclusivity. My Multi almost always draws a crowd, even among bike enthusiasts.
Got a 2004 1000DS. Absolutely love it for the reasons you listed and more. Great for two up road-trips too. Draws a crowd every time too! So many say it was the one bike they regretted selling! Never selling mine…
I gotta disagree on the K1600-series BMWs... to me, by far, BMW's most egregious styling and design fubar was the early 2000s (roughly 2004) R1200ST. Google it to see of what I speak. This monstrosity had vertically stacked headlights that would have scared children if they saw it coming at them. Otherwise a fine bike, like all BMW boxers, but this was a hideous styling exercise gone all wrong. IMO, today's K1600s are fine art, by comparison. Love the video, though!
I totally agree, the K series bikes, especially modern ones, are easy on the eyes. Sorry, but the video way missed the mark when it comes to BMW. Nothing uglier in their line-up than the R1200C cruiser. I know the bike was featured in a Bond movie, but that was probably to boost sales number... to no big success. Because the damn thing is too weird looking!
The Honda PC800 Pacific Coast was a beautifully styled tourer for its time and its sculpted lines are still easy on the eye - particularly to the non-riders who don't find it “intimidating”. Another aerodynamic design was/is the H-D Road Glide. Its “shark-nosed” fairing made it a great long distance tourer that was easy to do “Iron-bottom” (1K miles or more) runs on. Ironically, many non-riders would mistakenly refer to my two CVO Road Glide Limiteds (FLTRUSE) as “Gold Wings”. I generally agree with you on the “sport tourers” and their styling over the past several years. When I finally broke down and got an actual “Gold Wing” it was a 2018 model year, the one where Honda unfortunately decided to go “Sport Touring”. Yes it was ugly and its fairing was next to useless - I wish Vetter was still around so I could have replaced it with a more effective one. Lastly, Indian's Chief Vintage valanced fenders flow along with the rest of the traditional lines of that bike, recreating the characteristic charm of the 1930's era American motorcycles. Of course I've only been a rider for 60 years - so whadda I know?
Normally I hate people like you with their subjective criticism. But Dude! you totally and with 100% accuracy nailed each one of these😂 Your descriptions were so spot on! I’m only halfway through at this point, & I’ve laughed myself off the couch! The descriptions- wow! “ looks like somebody put a balloon inside of a sport bike and blew it up and then nailed a scooter rear end onto it”, haha !! or that MV with the square headlight. Odd looking yes,, but then you come paste some meme of an old halogen Home Depot work lamp.. lmao 🤣 😆 fkg perfect son!! The soda sprayed right out of my mouth! Great job!!
In my opinion this review is actually an personal choice review where narrator is talking about his likes and dislikes. Most of the bikes in list are not that ugly of their age of time. Please check heromoto and bajaj motorcycles they have ugliest bikes.
People mad at these choices who are saying you just don't like touring bikes don't get it. For starters, not all touring bikes are ugly, but some certainly are. But more important is realizing that bikes like the versys and ktm are designed to be ugly!! It's not supposed to look good, it's function over form all the way. There's no shame in owning one and, knowing what it can do, thinking it's gorgeous. I personally own a klr650 2nd gen that is too ugly for daytime television. I like it, and it's a great camping bike - but deep down, I know it's just not sex on 2 wheels
Agreed, the stupid trend in touring bikes is to make a huge gap between the fender and the fairing. Its super ugly, they just need to make a larger lower fairing. Will probably help with gas mileage too. These are touring/adv bikes, its not like they need a foot of travel in the suspension. Not sure why designers never figured this out.
What you missed: - Harley Davidson "Boattail" - Honda Rune - Victory Vision - Johammer J1 - Norton Hi-Rider - Buell RR1000 Battle Twin - Vincent Black Prince - all Chinese Bikes
The Pacific Coast, was for people that don't ride, wanted a motorcycle, but without being "a motorcyclist". It was a smart, comfortable, useful design that appealed to bean counters, NASA scientists, and real estate agents. On the Pacific Coast, no one saw you as a rider with a bad attitude, nor a speed freak, nor a 50 to 60 year old "touring" guy to accomplish his bucket list, across the United States. For its day, it was a very thoughtfull, non threatening way, for people to ride. Remember, this is during the same age, as all computers being beige.
When you talk about Design(!), you must consider other aspects as "I don't like it". The Augusta with the square lamp and the yellow/silver Aprillia are good examples. Both designs are outstanding, and both will find their place in the best museums of this world.
The Jonny Quest you watched in the ‘90s was probably the modern reboot, “The Real Adventures of Jonny Quest.” Some episodes even had CGI in a VR world.

That Aprilia looks cool.
This just shows you're in your 20s, not hard to guess.
The PC800 is a beautiful masterpiece!!!! 😂
I can see how someone would feel it’s ugly…Im obsessed with finding one. I think they are gorgeous and so retro/futuristic.
It's the swiss army knife of motorcycles.
YES! I watched the Fort9 vid on them and since then I have been obsessed with finding a cheap one. They are hilariously terrible but somehow built well.
It's a refrigerator with a V4 in it. Even comes in pastel colors.
There's a few for sale in central USA, but they fetch North of 3 to 5k.
@@Bakura5445 v twin I think. I have a v4 2006 vfr800 though and that bike is a gem and in my opinion beautiful
Calling the k1600 the ugliest BMW is crazy when you look at what they were cranking out in the 00’s. The R1200C and the 1150RT are far worse
The KTM thing reminds me of "Spy vs Spy" 😀
The strange fact is that : i love all the bikes you showed they are awesome...and feels unique
You cant love the ktm though. The new front on the smcrs is horrible on a new scale. otherwise supermotos are
5:50 H2 is the worst and unimpressive bike design, compare with Hayabusa is a joke
Hayabusa is a beauty
That aprilla is just gorgeous, really gorgeous.
Agreed. Especially compared to the terrible aprilia SRV850
If you don't have a motorcycle, all of the bikes up there is a beauty.
1975 Suzuki RE5 Rotary - Aaargh ! What is that between your legs ?
As a former owner of a Ducati DS1100, I totally agree of how awkward that design is. Great bike but underpowered according today's standards, and with a low maintenance cost - bear with me that's strange for Ducatis - people often mistook mine for a 600!!! Still, some think of it as an acquired taste, like Roquefort cheese. Man, I still regret selling it.
The funny thing is if you block off the gas tank, fairing, headlight all that part with your hand, the bottom and rear of the bike look great.
@@ntdscherer LOL! Agree, Nate. The sight from inside the cockpit isn't bad either ;-)
The Road Glide and the Indian Challenger are both functionally great bikes, but the fairings absolutely look like afterthoughts. Not a fan of the jam-packed engine bay in the Challenger either. Looks like something GM would do.
Frankly the Aprilla (the weird yellow model) is artistic. I would get that bike, if I wanted a small stylish run around moto.
I owned a 2008 1100S in black and it was a wonderful bike. My only gripe was no ABS. Brilliant in town, great in the hills on the twisties.
Thank god I’m not the only one which thinks the KTM 690 is horrendous, the amount of these bikes being listed in my area is mind blowing!
Basically you hate tourers, baggers and cruisers. 😄
yeh I keep wondering why UA-cam keeps recommending this and Yammie Noob channels as quite honestly almost all my bike searches on YT are for tourers and sports tourers ( Yammie Noob once went on a rant about how bad the VFR's were which to me was nothing short of sacrilegious and I had click the "do not recommend" option.. sure his riding trips might be to the gas station and back but for fast long mile eating (~1000 klm days in the saddle) with the ability to handle corners very few bikes handle that role better.)
Yup, generally agree w most of your picks but I have a few alternative suggestions:
- BMW: The K1.
Love the K1 design to be honest. I would place the R1200 C as ugliest BMW
@@feuerreiteroderso8655 YES i was waiting the whole time for him to go "no i'm joking it's the r1200c", god that bike looks like shit
i'd say my least favorite ktm is the 690 duke, also looks like garbage
@@oliviersavard8676 Yeah XD
I own a 2007 1100 Multistrada that on the moment shows 70k km on the clock. It may be - or more likely may be not - your cup of tea, but I can tell you, if you love to ride, that thing is simply amazing. So versatile and fun, it's a real joy to ride. Just to give you an idea, in 2019 I bought a 2018 Tracer to replace it, after a few month I loved them both and the Tracer was for sure a great bike, but I ultimately ended up selling it because when you ride it for real, the Tracer isn't simply as good as the old Multi.
That's awesome!
I had the original 1000S myself and it was an amazing bike.
I have a09 1100 great bike 80K on it.
Every ADV is bad, that's what he wants to say basically.
No mention of that awful looking Nikken from Yamaha?
At the KTM supermoto I lost it…
That was my dream bike, owned the duke 690 eventually and, man, that single is a gem
The aprilia at 11:00 is not bad
I think that Aprilia is Gorgeous! I would take one on looks alone. It reminds me of apples design language in the early 2010s
If you think you have bad taste just remember someone looked at these motorcycles and thought “yes, I’m gonna spend my next paycheque on that machine!”
What about the Honda CX 500 known as the Plastic Maggot. I rode one as a Dispatch Rider, very comfortable.
In Germany the CX is known as slurry pump (Güllepumpe). But it is often the base of stunning cafe racers. The concept semms to be ok.
Bro i feel u don't like touring! So it was not ur cup of tea...i guess for tourer's would like these bikes
Ok, I own and love my 2nd gen Versys 650. I can’t see it when I am riding it.🙂 No mention of BMW R1200 C? Or the Speed Triples with the goofy headlights sticking out?
Imagine putting your bike's short walk around video on UA-cam then it gets shared on this list
1st off...there is word UGLY for motorcycles... every mechanism is beautiful 🖤if you are a true rider or machine lover ..put it out from ua brain
I have always liked the multistrada first gen :)
That Aprilia is badass
The Aprilia Moto 650 has very fluid lines that flow freely from front to rear. And the Harley JD Rye transforms into a stunner at 3 a.m. after finishing off a quart of JD. 😍
harley?
The Multistrada is an abomination on wheels and the Honda Valkirie Rune is something beyond comprehension .
Harley have cornered the market on this one.
You need to go to good Dr and check if you are physiologically stable
I was glad to finally see someone call out BMW's ugly styling. I would extend it past the K series to the R series also, with the jagged fairings and headlight design. It looks like a kid's toy Transformer. I hope they get back to some clean lines again, and soon.
As a BMW R1150RT rider, I totally agree with you.
Yea, really don't get why they make them look like they have a tiny front wheel, looks like a scooter. which started at the R1200RT I think.
Also remember the BMW Scarver? You could drive a bus between the front wheel and the engine. It looked so out of proportion.
GS's and 1000RR are the sexiest bikes out there
@@Reichsritter Can't find your glasses again?
BMW make the ugliest bikes in the world by far.
Or both.
I nearly stopped watching when this bloke said the BMW K series is uglier than the GS. Really, mate? 🙄
Thanks for the good laugh on this Saturday morning!!!! The UGLY bikes and the commentary had me laughing !!!
Respec
the YAMAHA looks like what every uber eats driver rides in mexico
Hey I have ridden two of these bikes, the Honda Pacific Coast 800 and Aprilia Moto 6.5! I bought the Aprilia as my first big bike and almost bought the Pacific Coast. I love both the bikes and would actually consider buying the Pacific Coast now if it's still in production. Smooth and very practical for touring. As for the Moto 6.5, I love it so much that I have decided to do it up. Can't wait to get it out on the road again, the big thumper is simply superb for hilly roads.
“Build it and they will come”. I guess this applies even to ugly bikes. I mean in the end some people had to buy them. Better you than me:)
Closest you can get to a new Pacific Coast is probably an NC750.
Guess it's a compliment to the guys behind Johnny Quest, that you thought it was 30 years newer than it was! I'm 63 and it was my favorite cartoon show as a kid. Way ahead of its time, like Star Trek.
No hay motos feas... cada una tiene su belleza única que la hace especial... tu video es muy subjetivo... y solo justifica tu punto de vista...
Todas las motos en este video son HERMOSASSS!!!

In motorcycles ,"Naked" used to mean exposed engines without cowlings and covers, now, it literally means ugly.
Every motorcycle is a master piece . Once a biker always a biker 🔥
Honda Valkyrie Rune is an abomination as well
Idk those were pretty wild (and I really fig them)
The PC800 is a fantastic bike.
Bart: "All KTM bikes are ugly."
Rest of the world: "Okay Bart, I think that YOU are the problem in this world."
I think he’s right
@@wetzel1628 I think the KTM sales figures alone would strongly disagree. Nuff said.

Yeah that's a damn ugly bike lol
I totally agree, the K series bikes, especially modern ones, are easy on the eyes. Sorry, but the video way missed the mark when it comes to BMW. Nothing uglier in their line-up than the R1200C cruiser. I know the bike was featured in a Bond movie, but that was probably to boost sales number... to no big success. Because the damn thing is too weird looking!
Wth man that bmw k series are just gorgeous when you were saying ugly to that night edition in background i swear it felt like your gone insane
I once heard a k1600 rider describe the bike as "it looks so bad that in the end you will fall in love with it"
Normally I hate people like you with their subjective criticism. But Dude! you totally and with 100% accuracy nailed each one of these😂
Your descriptions were so spot on!
Great job!!
I only agree with your choice for Ducati.
You’ve just inspired me to make a UA-cam video of my own so that people can actually behold true horror.
In my opinion this review is actually an personal choice review where narrator is talking about his likes and dislikes. Most of the bikes in list are not that ugly of their age of time.
Please check heromoto and bajaj motorcycles they have ugliest bikes.
So what made your opinion any greater than the opinionated narrator Lol.

- Honda Rune

The bike at 4:60 looks like something Batman would ride.
If you dont like it,dont call it ugly... Every bike is beautiful if you are a biker from heart .
One man’s ugly is another man’s beast.
