When tucked in polo shirt or polo i dont know how much excess fabric on sides and on my lower back. Please enlighten me... i feel like i look thin when have much excess fabric that looks baggy on sides and back
Try to tuck it as tight as is comfortable for you

It's really about your personal preference. On a 3 button polo I would recommend buttoning at least the bottom one but I like the way it looks when they're all buttoned.

this advice is fine if you are built like him. add a few extra pounds and the last thing you want is form fitting. having said that, id try you in an arm wrestle.
I’m sure you’d beat me. Form fitting is still ok if you’re bigger, just don’t have it be tight

One thing that really worked for me was to stay away from sugar & carbs. Helped with 8kg loss...from 90kg to 82kg now. I'm 6ft 1 in

Don’t keep all the buttons buttoned up if you don’t like a nerdy look unbutton 1-2 buttons for a more alpha look
