💡This is exactly what I've been looking for to improve my teaching PowerPoints into something consistent, effective, and engaging! I just discovered your channel, but you've gained a regular viewer! Context: I'm a university instructor, course supervisor to 30 beginning instructors, and toying with the idea of transitioning into L&D. Thanks again!
Thanks for the suggestion! Video production isn’t our main domain and we certainly don’t feel like experts in the field. But if there is a strong interest in this, we’ll make a video on it.
❤ the tips and the content. I am curious to know if you have a video on, or your thoughts on, designing learning presentations for non-native speakers of English? I find that without extra content they get lost, but at the same time adding content makes the presentation seem cluttered. Would it be as simple as more slides to spread out the content and still supplement with speaker notes?
Great question! We don’t have a video but from experience, if you’re presenting to non-native speakers, the trick is to modify your speech, not the presentation. Use simpler words, shorter sentences, no jargon or phrases typical of the language. In all fairness, the rule “less is more” is still applicable here.
That is so kind, thank you very much! We really appreciate the feedback. Good luck with the challenge, and if you need help, you can always reach out to us.

Absolutely! Every presentation needs to be visual. We’d even argue that medical presentations need to be doubly so! It’s such an important material, why present it badly? Especially when human lives can depend on it.
In most cases, we create our own graphics and animations. But if you want to use stock footage, the best place we’d recommend is Freepik. The link is in the description of the video.

Thank you so much for this 🥰 Just wondering, would you recommend the same for medical school and clinical case reports?

Where can I get animation videos to insert in the whole video?
In most cases, we create our own graphics and animations. But if you want to use stock footage, the best place we’d recommend is Freepik. The link is in the description of the video.
How can I produce an engaging and eye-catching videos like yours?
We use a range of software to produce our videos, like Final Cut Pro. There are a lot of tutorials on UA-cam in creating these kind of videos.
😁
P.S. I am zealous for serif fonts 🤘

Excellent content, as always, great tips, especially the 3 recommended websites, I can think of many uses for these already :)
😁 we also love #SlidesGo, #PresentationGo and #Storyset. Would do a presentation without them!
