What kind of glasses is the barber wearing?
The classic vanguard cut but backwards patent see how creative your mind is, I look like a animal when I do it!
This haircut is awesome, it is actually very similar to pompadour in end effect.

Hello everyone! What is the difference betwen pompadour and vanguard? Thanks!
Vanguard has volume throughout the whole upper of the head (top to middle to bottom), while I believe the pompadour has volume only on the frontal top of the head... as it eventually tapers as the hair goes to the back head area (believe it's called the crown).
Vanguard is the semi--vet interpretation of the Sicilian cuts, only being dryer in comparison, which gives the hair more volume and less of a "slick" and wettish appearance.

is there a way for anyone to cut their own pompadour on their own, or at least contour their hair at home
Used to work with another a bloke in a salon who used to take a week cutting his own hair with loads of mirrors. I wouldn't advise it, go treat yourself to a professional and enjoy the experience 👍

Where’s the difference between vanguard and pompadour ?
Pompadour is usually short on the sides but especially shorter on the top than the vanguard so it goes up up up!
My favorite cut, but with a receding hairline as deep as mine would look ridiculous
