I've said it before, and I'll say it again, This is a beautiful mall, eye poppin footage also, Liked Spectacular job in this vid, Very enjoyable and smooth pan n scan
I was just there two days ago (the Saturday after Thanksgiving) around 2PM. It had no more people than you saw in this video. Truly shocking sight. JCP was indeed gone. The Halloween store (in the former Sears) was completely cleared out - you could see from the mall entrance 'gate' all the way to the outside doors.
Unfortunately, this is one of the Mills Corporation Malls that is not owned by the Simon Group. This has been struggling since it opened in 2005 making it the last mall developed by the Mills Corporation.
I'll just never understand why they don't lease space to Dentists, Chiropractors, or other professional entities. At least they'd bring in some traffic and rent money.
This is my local mall. It was so beautiful when it opened! And no, it wasn’t a dead mall when it first opened. It’s a huge mall and it was almost completely filled for the first few years. Up until around 2015 or so, it was still a very nice mall. Until this year, it still had all of the stores I shopped at in it. Losing the JCP here in the mall was the worst since that was the JCP that was in my hometown where I have lived for all of my life until it moved to this mall in 2005. It should have stayed in my city. It’s sad because this mall is still so beautiful inside.
Wow! That’s a dead mall! JCP gone so what’s next Dicks and Macy’s?? If Macy’s shutters it’s a goner. Amazed the anchors are still around but there’s nothing on the inside.

If a mall has a Spirit Halloween where Sear's used to be, you know that mall has died.
Ta-rent-tum.
Impressed with your ability to avoid Security. I started doing a walk video, and got shut down not even 1/4 the way around :-(
These types of videos are my favorites. Great video.

The rent is probably rediculous, so they rent in other buildings.

Yep...loved it when it was in 15068
This kinda reminds me of St Louis Mills it had a quite silimar design to it as this Mall does
Yup, another one of the Mills corporation malls sharing that tacky early 2000s design haha
