Thank you! I have been out and about in all weathers the last few months. So changeable here in Scotland. Thanks for watching. I will head over and watch some of your wee films today. Paul.
@@PAADVENTURES1 I bet you have. I haven't explored Scotland much and after lock down I am looking to head up and do a weeks worth of exploring. I would love for any must places to hike :-)
@@JoOutdoors So many places Jo. Glencoe is a must! You can either do something low level like Rannoch Moor or the devils staircase over to Kinlochleven. There are several big hills in the area including the most dramatic, Buachaille Etive Mor. You should look it up on Google. Its a dramatic hill with two Munros. There is the three sisters and the hidden valley as well as the Aonach Eagach ridge, another google. Ben Cruachan area also is fantastic. Further north you need to visit Assynt and the might Suilven!. Cape wrath is also amazing........ I could go on forever. If you makes plans and know what area you are going to visit, let me know and I will try and recommend some places. Cheers. Paul
@@PAADVENTURES1 Sounds like there is a lot of amazing places to see. thank you Paul I will let you know when I have organised it as I definitely want to make sure I can see as much as I can :-) Thank you again and I will be in touch Jo
Overall, the video is so beautiful. Especially, the scenery from the mountain is even more fantastic. I am glad and honored to subscribe to your wonderful video. From Woongkham, a South Korean UA-camr. 🤗🤗🤗💝💝💝
Thank you so much Woongkham! Scotland is beautiful very much like South Korea. You need to watch my hidden valley video for some amazing views. Thank you and all the best from Scotland 🏴👌 Paul
Thanks Tam. Feels like ages ago. Cant wait to get back out again...hopefully by the summer there will be more curry cooking on the go! All the best. Paul.
A can’t ware to do this with a couple of dogs and a fly rod myself epic that’s a great thing to do and inspiring me to give it a go and put a twist on it with a bit of training the dogs and fishing 🎣
Its great mate, and there is so many places to go. I cant wait to get back out this spring. I have so many plans of places to go. The dogs would love it with all those wild open spaces. Go for it mate and gets those videos done. Get yourself a wee gopro 👌
Witness cloud inversion in the same area last weekend for the first time was a carpet of cloud 360 came up An Stuc from the other side with Meall Greigh, Meall Garbh , was pretty amazing like great video , I’ve nae managed to leave my kit or tent keep hinking it might get pinched 😂 , x
Its amazing eh Mandy! I never stop felling completely awe struck when I see a cloud inversion, its kinda magical...I have found that its quite safe stashing your kit away, as long as your are away from the crowds. Thanks for watching and all the best! cheers, Paul.
Thanks Lesley! it was one of those perfect weather days and the views were just amazing. Bonnie Scotland...You cannae beat it! Thanks for watching. Paul.
Thanks Charlie. It wasn't as hard as I had anticipated so turned out to be a relatively quick and straightforward walk. Thanks for your help and thanks for watching. cheers Paul
Great video, you got a cracking day. I did Ben lawers and ghlas on 14th August, got a cracking day for it with my two beagles. Meall Nan Tarmachan on 16th August but claggy at the summit. Good to see how you did An Stuc. Thanks again. I hope to get back up to get the last 4 done. 😃
Brilliant Corinna!! I bet it was busy!! It’s a fantastic wee walk and the views from Ben Lawers is amazing. Meall nan Tarmachan was one of the first Munros I did and I never did a video so I plan to go back there at some point and do a wee vlog. Did you do the ridge walk past the summit?? Well done 👍 Paul
@@PAADVENTURES1 Thanks Paul, it was not very busy at all for Ben lawers and Meall Nan Tarmachan. Got a fantastic day for Ben lawers. Meall Nan Tarmachan I had planned to do the ridge walk but thick flag set in before reaching the summit so didn’t get any views. Was happy to bag the Munro but look forward to doing the ridge walk to get the other tops done. I’ve got a long weekend end of September and staying at loch Tay end of October so hopefully can get the lawers completed. Did you do Meall greigh and garbh from Ben lawers hotel? Anyway your videos are very helpful and inspiring. Done 8 Munros now so soon be in double nos. Best wishes Corinna 🥾🥾🏔️
Yeah I did those two from the Ben lawers hotel side. My plan at the time was to do An Stuc as well but the conditions beat me as I had no crampon’s or ice axe. I did a very basic video of these but beware! It was the early days and I was still getting to grips with the vlogging thing 😂😂😂. It’s a great journey and soon you will be racking them up!!! 👍👍👍fantastic 😊😊
Great to meet you up there. Was an absolutely perfect day for it. So perfect we decided to do Meall Corranaich and Meall a Choire Leith as well! Never been so glad to hit tarmac on the way back after wading through the bogs 😂 Cracking wee camp spot you found though 👌 Cheers, Stefan
Good to meet you and your partner too! That was a good walk you ended up doing and your right, the last section of those two hills are a bit of a bog fest. Thats a great wee spot for camping and the sky at night was amazing. With no light pollution is was pretty dramatic. Good to see you on Sunday too, what's the chances of that. All the best and thanks for watching. Paul.
Hi Craig, I camped around half a mile further up the track from the car park. There is a tiny space at the left hand side of the road for one car. Then I just walked down towards the reservoir.
@@craigcallaghan1679 Craig, there is a good flat area on the bealach between beinn ghlas and ben lawers which I have camped on before too! Cheers mate hope you have a good time! Paul
Those views with the cloud inversion. Can't beat it. 👌🏼 Dinner didn't look too bad either by the way. 😋
Cheers Robin! I think I will invest in a dehydrated meal next time though....
Thanks for the chat!
