Always try to take is a thought and not focus on thinking move forward engage in activities without attention on thoughts . Stay away from songs . Try to give time on drawing or sketching . Proper sleep give time to normal work than thinking about thoughts. Proper muscle exercises. Inshallah you will improve a lot. I slept one day and i discovered JINN was on me, holding my neck and my body. find difficult to get up on bed for Solat, i struggled with the JINN trying to call ALLAH name held my neck But ALhamdulilah, i called ALLAHU AKBAR and the JINN left in the middle of the night, I heard a sound from my door.
