ETC = Act Productivity × Remaining work ETC will be exact when you take actual productivity and multiply with remaining work. Actual productivity = completed work / Man Hours consumed EAC = ETC + AC

Unless you are planning on finishing below the original budget. However, in most projects, EAC is more than BAC.
