    I'm working as structural engineer in EPCI for oil and gas , however every week I hear my manager and project control worry about cost, budget, progress, earn etc... the problem is even though we have prepared structure with good result, sometimes productivity is not satisfied. With this channel i want to understand project control, with hope i can help my boss or my project to achieve goals. thanks for teaching me

    ETC = Act Productivity × Remaining work
    ETC will be exact when you take actual productivity and multiply with remaining work.
    Actual productivity = completed work / Man Hours consumed
    EAC = ETC + AC

    As the project progresses can you have EAC lower than the BAC?

      Unless you are planning on finishing below the original budget. However, in most projects, EAC is more than BAC.
