His history of being a Navy Seal is so highly classified, he's the only one who can run all over town telling people about it. 😅
SO classified in fact, that the Navy attempted to wipe his memory upon his discharge. However, due to his iron will, it didn’t erase his memories- it only confused and jumbled them around a bit. That’s why his story’s always changing. Perfectly understandable
🤣
@@floridasoldat it sounds maybe he got that from the movie "X-Men Origins: Wolverine".
LOL, Ricochet!
Meanwhile the really classified people live in a hut away from the government. They also don't even tell people they were someone important lol
This guy is legit. They even made a movie based on his secret mission called Under Siege. They just switched from boiler mechanic to cook in the movie to keep his identity safe.
Haha, good one.😂😂
I watched Under Siege with my Dad
Get to the end credits I'm eyeballing him because he has a very interesting skill set for an army cook.
That's when he got out his DD-214 and proved he was a cook, and proud of it.

How was army Boot Camp compared to Marine Boot Camp navy here piece of cake
@Thetreeistall once you do Marine boot camp you don't have to do the other branches. So I never went to Army basic. !
13F is special . . . King of Battle!

How Don manages to keep cool is beyond me. I was getting furious with this guy.
I was just about to write the same thing.

OMG me too... I don't have Don's skill at controlling my emotions. Damn he's good at it.
Don I'm a retired homicide detective and I have to tell you brother you are one awesome interrogator. I love it!
Yeah, but did Don really have to curse this man? Like he said, he served his country, and it was kind of uncalled for.
@@jdavis8970 I don't have a problem that Don cursed him out. This is personal and I somewhat understand where he's coming from. In the 80s and 90s when all the movies and TV shows were about Cops, these same type of people went around bars, clubs, and barbecues lying to everyone that they were cops /detectives to show some delusional status of authority for personal ego boost. Now a days the entertainment industry is more focused on Military Special Operations and its Elite Warriors. So now they wish to be a Navy SEAL and since they're furthest thing from our Elite Warriors they think its ok to lie and get that status that they crave. Its disgraceful and disrespectful to those who actually do the do. Totally disgraceful.
@@jdavis8970 you're joking? You gotta be joking. I just know it..
@@jdavis8970 your weakness is uncalled for
George O, thanks for your law enforcement service. I've watched dozens of this guy's videos and cannot believe how FUNNY they are. I have ZERO military background and some of these con artists are so inept with making up their stories that even I can tell that they're lying. My favorite parts of the videos are when he asks them a question an actual SEAL should know and it's like an "elementary school" question! And he gets stone cold silence. What really blows my mind is that they always fake being a SEAL. If these scammers were actually in the SEALS, I bet that branch would outnumber the regular Navy, Army and US Marines combined!! These videos sometimes have me laughing nonstop and I have to pause the video and try to stop laughing. 😂🤣
I don’t get why all these guys lie about their service. I was just a PN2 back in the 80s, pushed pencils for 4 years on USS John Rodgers and I’m still proud and glad I served - no lies needed!
Thank you for your service!
He wasn't on any team, jeez don't you guys know anything about SUPER HARD INDIVIUAL TRAINING, S.H.I.T. for short.
Dude the military runs on office pogs for every grunt there are 8 support personal I just pumped gas oh rah 1391
Good for you. Same as running fuel supply. Not sexy but try war with no gas
Be proud for sure. I was infantry in the Army, and while yeah they brainwash you in OSUT to believe you’re God’s gift to warfare, it’s also apparent how important support is. When I was in Afghanistan I never lost sight that thousands of souls were keeping me in the fight. Food, fuel, ammo, admin stuff, finance, air support, artillery, etc…etc.. the list is just endless of people who allow the 11B or 0311 to do their job.
I went to RTC in Great Lakes and they showed us the SEAL recruitment videos in 1977. I said no way, I can't stand being cold and wet. Did 5 years and made HT2 on a Destroyer Tender. Not a hero but I did my time honorably.
@Smokey far more honorable than lying about dumbass records. Same thing with me but in the Army and with Ranger videos. I said no fucking thank you lol
You are a hero, never forget that.
Thank you for your service and thank you for being honest. Take care.
When I went through swim quals at RTC Great Lakes, they had a drown-proofing tank next door to the pool. I concluded, right then, that I wasn't a candidate for BUDS. I would have died from a claustrophobic meltdown.
Thank you for your service!!
I’ve been in several bar fights calling out clowns just like this. Sadly, most of them are average veterans like myself, never been in a campaign. For some strange reason, so many of them have a need to lie about their records and pretend they were heroes. Any honorably discharged vet should be proud just to have served. We were all a big part of something even if we weren’t decorated for valor.
Excellent way to look at it. Thank you for your service!!
@@cletustollery6914 The first thing my DS SFC Oliver Hoggard said to us after terrorizing us out of the bus and getting our cruit asses into formation was that just the fact of us standing there having volunteered signaled us out as brave men. He was and is a great man. 3 tours of Vietnam. Two as a Ranger. He showed up in Baumholder as my Platoon sgt later in my service, becoming the 1st Sgt when ours rotated out. I've kept track of him. He retired a command sgt Major . One of the finest men I have ever known.

Dude is a shit welder but when they go on those kind of rants it makes you wonder.
So fighting is the answer? You’re just as bad wasting your energy on Fuks like this. Keep going and you’ll come across a guy that’s gonna knock you TF out. Fighting doesn’t solve shit. You end up in jail and with a record. Now was that worth it!
Another guy that claims everything is classified, but he's happy to tell all to a stranger on the phone.
It's so dangerous for the world to know he's a seal, but he's the first to tell everyone he meets 🤷♂️

In the U.S. army infantry for six years. Never saw any combat just a lot of training and menial duties. Served in Germany during the cold war. Very proud of my service. I'm old and retired now and drive a school bus just to keep busy. The kids know I'm a veteran so one day a kid asks if I was in a war and have I ever killed anyone. I answered no. The look of disappointment caused me to chuckle a bit. I explained that I was glad I was never in a war or had to kill another man. He excepted that and went back to his seat. Some of them draw little cards for me on veterans day each year and I proudly mount them on my frig. Hahahahaha!
Many of us serve and never see action, we do our duty and move on.

@@GiantSlayer512 In my formative youth, I knew a real ex-SAS soldier. His advice was 'if a man tells you he was in the SAS, he wasn't'. Same will be true of all SF guys.
You get to find out where a man served if you spend a lot of time in his company, maybe at work. You will see him do something that makes you ask 'where did you learn that?' It takes years before a man will quietly say 'Khufra' or 'Hereford'.
@@harryfaber you got that right! Had a guy working contract safety on our oil rig. Rumor was he was SAS. I asked him about it and it was like pulling teeth. He’s verified though. It’s amazing how long his very first answer was when Don simply asked him; _”so, you were a Navy Seal?”_ … they always do this. They simply feel compelled to just go on and on because it’s all so *REHEARSED* … and the longer he retells the same lies over and over, the more he actually believes it.
And when asked for a class number he went off on another tangent when it’s a one word answer, also if it’s so classified he sure did blab what he was involved in. Everyone I know that was in combat never talks about it and i when you ask they usually just respond “I was just doing my job”

I like how he gets louder and more frantic as Don rips his story. Another lying church guy with secret clearance after he left the military.
'Secret clearance' is a strange subject. For 10 years, I was a paper pusher working in a Government department. We all signed 'the Official Secrets Act'. I saw stuff and did stuff, but even today, If I tell you how many boxes of paper clips I had on my desk, without clearing it with my old department first, technically I commit an offence.
Our team took casualties, one of my mates got a paper cut and another managed to staple his thumb, but we cannot talk about it, because of the OSA.
Try as hard as I can, I cannot think of anything I did that would even slightly interest any enemy or potential enemy, but everything I did was 'classified'.
I was trained about seals. Some letters we posted, the glue on the envelope was good enough, but some had to go in a security sealed pouch with numbered seals, we would record the seal number and the person we sent it to would confirm that when they got it, it had the same seal still intact on it. That was my seal training, and I suspect that somewhere in some corner of a records office, there is a piece of paper with my signature on indicating that I was 'seal trained', good luck with trying to find that!

One of my biggest regrets is never joining the military. It still bothers me to this day.
I was so immature and undisciplined in high school and I realized that once I finally grew up. By then I was in college and partying and chasing girls.
I have so much respect for our men & women in uniform. That’s something they can proudly take to their graves.
That’s why these idiots get under my skin. It seems like there are Con men (and women) under every rock. I love these videos.
Keep up the good work Don. 🙌🏾🤙🏾✌🏾 🇺🇸
Don't be so hard on yourself, you were able to honestly evaluate the situation. I'm certain you're a wonderful person in many other ways.
If you're 39 or under you can join. If you're under 39 it's not too late
I was 20 when 9/11 happened I feel the same way one of biggest regrets not joining
I probably wasn't ready (mentally) out of high school either. I did quit my job and finally joined the Army at the ripe old age of 33. During basic, we had 4 drill sergeants per platoon and I was older than all but one of them. I didn't have much trouble with the age thing as I respected rank and I was good to go.
@@wg1751 I even think it’s up to 41 now. Although I could understand not wanting to join now.
I actually feel a small amount of sadness for that man! How can you go through life just lying your ass off? It’s beyond compulsive. It’s downright low! Sick, sick people in this world!
My father in law is worse than this guy. Talks non stop and every single thing he says is bullshit. He has told me he has booked tours and went on tour with famous bands and is friends with the lead singers and that he has driven race cars and been a fire fighter and has beat up everyone he has ever come across while sleeping with hundreds of women and tons of other bs stories. In reality he works at a gas station and has been fired from every job he has had because of theft, he is a convicted felon for fraud and drives without a license cause he has had 4 dwi’s and wrecked a ton of cars drunk. He’s the biggest liar anybody could ever come across. Oh yeah and he has sold boats full of drugs before and knew Pablo Escobar.
He seems like he might be a little…um…special, if you get my drift.
@Sabbathmaiden fan exactly right! That’s funny, I say,” those very words all the time” that it’s elder abuse and you can see the guilt in Jill Biden’s face!
I’m a navy seal. My mom said I can be what ever I want; as she strapped my helmet on as I got on the short bus. She said I was special, so special ops is my thing.
Thank you for your service Jack Reacher
Does your helmet have a face mask to stop you from window licking and crayon eating??? Oh wait you said seal not marine.... lmao!!!!!
🤣😅🤣😅🤣😅🤣😅🤣
Very funny. Most of these frauds rode the special bus.
I played Tackle, Guard, and End in the NFL. I sat on the end of the bench, guarded the water bottle, and tackled anyone who came near it! 😂. Oh yeah, and I did it in secret!
My grandfather enlisted at 15 during WW II. He used his brother’s ID and eventually they found out but let him stay. He did over 30 years, went from enlisted to retiring as a Lt. Commander. I am extremely proud of him and people like this chump spit on their graves… it’s not right… thank you Don for your persistence on these pricks
We called this guy kidding cruisers. That lies about their age
My gradfather enlisted aged 14 for WW1 and they sent him back when they found out.. he joined up again (marines) aged 16...
Well MY grandfather... molested my aunt and beat my dad and grandmother. But I also hate these pricks!
Love this true patriot!
You’re a very patient man Don.
I was a Marine MP. Almost every Marine vet I meet was Recon. Almost every Army vet I meet was a Ranger and every Air Force vet I meet was a pararescue. Anyone that served should simply be proud of their service. We can't all be hero's, as someone needs to be standing on the sidewalk clapping as they march by!
Everone..that's everyone who served is a hero to those of us that enjoy the freedom...never forget what freedom is and those who gave it to you...!!
I was with 2/9 0331 USMC! I agree! With you!
I always say "I was a cook who never cooked" which is kind of a lie "I cooked maybe 3 to 4 months out of 4 year" but its my favorite Stephen Segal line" and mostly true. I got the MOS doesn't mean I could do it. I was better at combative, and supply, and mechanic work. I got hurt and got stuck everywhere else.
Well Said Mike. I served 8 yrs 7 months in the Corps and I was never Force Recon. Just a plain old everyday locked & cocked Marine. And I can live with that just fine. At the end of day we're still a member of the best brotherhood known to man.............THE FEW THE PROUD. SEMPER FI MY BROTHER !!!
I did 2.5 years of extended basic military service in Germany, nothing special but it was a nice time. The most popular comrades in basic training, especially during bivouac weeks in winter, were the kitchen staff. Hot tea and stew is like winning the lottery when you are out for weeks in negative temperatures. Sometimes they even brought a few extra cigarettes ;-) Thank you for your service guys
"Why would they want a plumber?" 🤣
Damn I had no idea boiler techs were such bad asses, nobody ever messes with those guys.
Be careful, he knows where your ribs are lol
Amazing how willing these liars are to talk, being classified Top Secret, and all. As a civilian working for a sub contractor, my clearance carried a penalty of 10 years in prison and a $50K fine for leaking information. This guy deserves prison for breaching his oath. And for being a liar.
I was NOT a seal, however, back in the late 70’s when I was a hull tech, I had the enormous privilege of raising hell and swilling beer with a few team members. They all were extraordinary, knowledge wise, and capacity to party. God I miss those days.
I was a seal for 30 years and I really don't care to talk to Shipley keep that guy away from me LOL
" If I keep going on and on and on and on...etc I wonder if he'll leave me alone and hang up"...............
When this guy started bleating Don was clean shaven 😳🫣
I know what you mean Don. My dad was in the 101st airborne in Vietnam. I have the pictures, purple heart and his other awards to prove it, but I don't. I was in the Coast Guard and got out of an E4. I was an electronics tech (ET) . That is a true story and I don't understand why these guys just don't tell it like it is and be prouud of their relatives service and their own service even if it was a bit boring.
Same here Seabee Mechanic & proud. No purple heart, bronze star, ect) but dame proud! 20 Retired.
@@MrHimself71 Right on! I was a Coastie for four years. Did some cool stuff, got out and still very proud of that time. No medals but some good stories.
Because they are mentally ill. Thanks for what you did.
@@aaronarthurbarnett1046 Exactly. every now and then I meet up with a Coastie and we always talk about Cape May and our times in the fleet. It is what it is and it is cool to just have fond memories. Semper Paratus!
@@jimsworthow531 Right on ....my dad was 101st airborne in Vietnam also. Got a picture of him over there with his m60 machine gun.
Love your work Brother...Semper FI
You need to pitch a movie about these guys. A comedy about a guy sitting in a chow hall actually being recruited to go on a DEVGRU mission with zero training. I would love to see it.
😂😂😂me too! Netflix! Get on it!!
Hey, recruitment in the DiFac happens quite often! I myself got "recruited" for parachute recovery while eating lunch. 1Sgt saw me, knew I had a SF46 (military driver's license) and recruited me!
Ha Ha Ha Bubble Seal. Who will kill him the enemy or his own team?
@@82ndAbnVet
Lol, yeah. I was recruited for CQ at breakfast once.
@@82ndAbnVet 🤣🤣
My lawd! This dude just started saying every word he's ever heard in his life.
Don Shipley is the MAN !!! And the dynamic between Don and his wife is inspiring.
Boy did they raise one hell of a son. I would not want to be in a sand dune being hunted by DJ Shipley.
It's mind blowing what his son experienced as a Seal Team-6 operative and his experiences outside of the military. A true warrior. The whole Shipley & Wife's side of the family is amazing. They're all warriors.
Thank you for your family's service. From one Boatswainsmate to another.
Thanks Don ! Glad there are people like you defending the honor of the military and taking down people who abuse it ! Keep up the good work brother!
Integrity of a can of tuna fish... pure gold im gonna use that line the first chance I get
Love what you're doing Don. You're a hero exposing that fakes. I was never a SEAL, but a Marine infantryman with 2 tours to the 'Stan. Thank you for your service brother!
For the life of me I can’t believe how much patience u have to listen to these guys go on n on with their bullshit. Keep up the great work Don. It’s a dirty job…
man i bet that conversation would have went a lot different if he was talking to you face to face. its great how you can stay so calm with guys like this because you just let them continue to talk and hang themselves. really would have loved to see you flatten that dude if he was talking to you like that standing right in front of you
I’ve seen Don face to face, he’s just as calm.
I've been a member for years. He and diane helped expose my ex father in law. I've seen many videos where it gets heated, and no, he's not always this calm face to face.
@@rukus9585 to be honest, they dont deserve him being this calm all the time. getting knocked out might be the only language some of these dopes can understand
@@Bbfishman Master Chief Shipley is way above the "hitting" realm...He is a awesome gentleman...
VQ-1 here , late 70's , thx for your service brother.
Get em Don!
You got some good patience to deal with phony NAVY SEALS everyday.
It’s fun you must admit.
Bless you, Chief your dedication to exposing these losers is beyond commendable. Your self-control is awe-inspiring.
I have never heard someone talk so long and fast without breathing!
This is always entertaining Don!! Thank you for taking these phonies down!! They are a disgrace to our country and those you you who actually went through the training and served your country honorably!!! 🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸
Wow, these stories get better and better. Glad I have my wadders on. Thanks Don for what you do.
I was a BoatswainSeal. I had special knowledge of where in the ship both the Bosun's locker and paint lockers were so I could board and successfully heist their shitpaper without their knowledge. Same goes for a 5 gallon can of Haze Gray. I was qualified on the needle gun and could spot a rust bubble at 50 paces. Can't talk about my skills with a swab and conducting "Sweeper" ops.
How is it painting ships? I am thinking about joining the navy to do that.
God bless you for your service. I too served a seal platoon, served them lunch, dinner and a snack. Being an HM this was all highly classified, then I became a SEAL doctor….screw that, those things weigh like 1 k and don’t eat just fish….then , James Bond called, Don Shipley and I had to wing suit into North Korea. It was epic……..then I woke up…..
@@BassGoThump monotony
Don. The faces you make in this video make me cry with laughter!
"At team one, we had over 100 shooters" One of the hardest things ive ever heard Don say.
Don, I wish you had the security clearance to see this guy’s records………… he’s a walking legend and you shouldn’t question him….😀
Been awhile I seen your vids Shipley. Time has done you good. I see you've managed to keep your blood pressure down. You are a hero for many that see little justice in a world of so much wrong.
There's a learning curve here for those to hone their listening skills. To detect, identify liars and phoney bs'ers into a corner using discernment and truth.
My grandfather was in Vietnam, and spoke rather seldom about it other than a few stories. I never thought anything of it until I saw a framed sheet of paper with his name signed on it with the MACV SOG logo on it. When he spoke about his time there he never mentioned the actual group he was with. I guess I should've figured it out when he told me how his squad ended up on a recon mission in cambodia, which apparently they weren't supposed to be there. He passed a few months back and I miss him dearly, and I know he would've ripped one of these phonies apart if he ever met them.
We were blowing up reserve oil and gas caches taking prisoners blowing up supplies and all of the above, we were even fighting the Chinese as well there and none of it was on accident it was all black ops and done constantly
@YouRNOTaVictimthx you know that the Apache didn't take its first experimental flight until. 1975, and it wasn't manufactured en masse and handed off to the government in 1982, right?
@YouRNOTaVictimthx 🧐
@YouRNOTaVictimthx your step dad was full of shit we never used Apache’s in Vietnam and he was drunk because he’s an alcoholic and lied to you

Well Don: I have been watching your channel for about a year and this guy is so full of crap that he is going to implode.
Thank you for your service and your continued of the support of the Navy SEALS.

he is so classified even the President cant see it.

Why, do they have a boiler there for him to service?

The beauty of what you do Don is in the conversation... things start out very calm and collected as you let the SV dweeb tell his/her story. Then, when you start to challenge the facts, things get a bit more heated as they 'um' and 'ahh' their way to run around the facts or plead memory loss. Then the cork goes off when you reveal who you are and that you have no one 'by that name' in the SEAL database. Then it's name calling, and cussing as their conscience begins to get pricked by the challenges in front of them. Then it's usually.... click... as they no longer wish to be called out for the fraud's they are. BRAVO! I enjoy every one of your episodes.
His reaction says it all. I love these videos having so many family and friends in the military. I recently had some clown try to tell me he was in spec ops and his record isn't on paper. It's ridiculous the stolen valor that happens. Thank you Don for doing what you do and making people aware of the BJs.
Love how Don keeps his cool while the guy goes clearly off the chain.
