    Ingredients:
    1. Tuna fish (टुना मछली) - 750 gram
    2. Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ता) - 50 gram
    3. Tomato medium size (टमाटर) - 1
    4. Dry red chilli (सूखी लाल मिर्च) - 1
    5. Black pepper seeds (खड़ी काली मिर्च) - 1 tsp
    6. Green cardamom (खड़ी हरी इलायची) - 2
    7. Garlic cloves (लहसुन) - 12 to 13
    8. Ginger (अदरक) - 2 inch
    9. Cumin seeds (जीरा) - 1 tsp
    10. Tamarind (इमली) - 1 tsp
    11. Turmeric (हल्दी) - ½ tsp
    12. Kashmiri red chilli powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 tsp
    13. Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर) - 2 tsp
    14. Salt (नमक) - 2 tsp (as per taste)
    15. Onion (प्याज) - 1
    16. Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल) - 4 tablespoon
    17. Kashmiri red chilli powder (कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - ¼ tsp
    18. black pepper powder (काली मिर्च पाउडर)-¼ tsp
    19. Salt (नमक) - ¼ tsp
    20. Chopped coriander (कटा हुआ धनिया पत्ता) - 1 tbsp for garnishing
    Steps to Cook :
    1. First, grind the ingredients from no. 1 to no. 9 and make a smooth paste.
    2. Marinate the fish while adding salt (¼ tsp), Kashmiri chilli powder (¼ tsp), Black Pepper powder (¼ tsp). Coat all the fish nicely.
    3. Heat pan on high heat and add 4 tablespoon mustard oil, fry tuna fish from both the sides for 2 minutes on each side (on high flame). Now the fish is crusty from both the sides. Take out the fish in a plate.
    4. In same pan add chopped onions and fry until it turns to become golden brown. Cook on medium heat.
    5. Now add paste in it and mix well, cook for 3-4 minutes on medium heat and after that add salt as per taste (2 tsp), turmeric (¼ tsp), Kashmiri chilli powder (1tsp), coriander powder (2tsp) and cook for 2-3 minutes , so that the raw smell goes off.
    6. Add 2 tablespoons water and mix well. After 2-3 minutes add 300ml water or as per the consistency. Stir well and cook on high heat until it starts boiling.
    7. Once it starts boiling, add fried tuna fish and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat.
    8. After that add tamarind water and cook for another 1 minute and then turn off the heat.
    9. Sprinkle chopped fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice and roti.
