In this Chicken Coop Build video we start adding all the new features to our Chicken Coop. We are adding better windows, a clean out box, storage, interior doors, interior window, more roosting bars, and nesting boxes. When it came to adding windows to this chicken coop build, I wanted to save on lumber and cuts by using some existing framing, but that meant the window would not be centered on ANY of the walls. Do you think it matters? Do you think the chickens will notice?
I've been having a ton of fun with this build series and I cannot wait for it to finally come to a close and see what the final design looks like! I hope you enjoyed this chicken coop build video!

You have done a great job today. If only one measurement was off, then improvement has been made. I was told it's better for it to be a little long ( it can be trimmed), rather than too short. That way you don't waste lumber.

My husband likes to build furniture in his spare time. I asked him to build a simple bench for the front door deck. You know. Four legs and a top. A month later a get a work of art. We've been married 30 years. I've learned to just go with the flow.
