I really like your new videos, some items we just buy without know what exactly they do, and you make a nice way to understand what every item actually does with champion examples. Keep going, thanks ❤
I don’t know if you’ll see this, but it would be nice to see a comparison of Shieldbow, Sterak’s Gage, and Maw of Malmortius, how good they are in comparison to each other, and when to get each item.
IMO shieldbow is a meh item, and only good on champions that can utilize bonus attack speed (so adc and other champions), Sterak is good on champions that have high base attack damage (you need to look it up, I don't remember every's champion AD but I know that Gnar has a lot at lvl 18 and in his big form) and is mostly good on bruisers (cause when you get the shield you also get tenacity and bcs of the passive) and finally Maw, it's generaly good vs AP burst, life steal is just a nice addition (you can even see it being built on Tristana mid when faced vs Ap assassin).
@@sazr1168agreed, they kinda killed shieldbow. But I would rather not have shieldbow existing than having old shieldbow so I don't have a big problem with it
I don't know if this is controversial or worth talking about it at all, but I would like a video talking about which healreduc item should you buy on bruisers thornmail or chempunk chainsword.
I sontimes want to go for a oneshot build (AP) on champions but can never decide wich mythic is the best for it if you forget stats like health and mana and just look at damage (AP, magic pen and damaging passives)
Personally I only buy Dark Seal on Xerath, and ONLY if I'm sure, that I can have low number od deaths. Usually as mage I don't have DS, because I know my inting abilities
It depends, when I say cost effective I think about the stats from the item. Cull is one of the worst items when you consider its stats compared to its cost. But yes if you stack it you get free gold, making it a great investment, but it's not what I call cost efficiency
there are a few examples how why and when i get dark seal or mejais in a game my first back was good im playing some scaling jackass champion like vlad im losing... cuz if you get kills in ur base while defending the last push you CAN come out of that with 10-20 stacks and instantly be ahead just to name a few
Oh, actually! For anyone watching this video - You shouldn't take it on Jax unless you are hard winning or smurfing, reason being, he needs his mythic and second item to be rushed as fast as possible, even delaying it with a dark seal isn't great for you Yes, you can grab it if you're winning, and thay's great, that deals a lot of damage but definitely don't delay your mythic further if you're already behind or even
They should delete this item. Or bring back the AD item that makes you stack. And then add that you can’t buy both at the same time (Akali, Katarina,…) Because I should not get punished by a snowballing Fizz with zero mechanics just because my mid is inting. Free stacks have no counterplay. And as if my inting mid isn’t enough, said Fizz will roam bot, walk through 4 wards… and get two kills. Delete or balance!!! Maybe even have it only be available at 10 minutes.
Holy shit so apparently snowballing champs shouldn’t be allowed to snowball now because le-ADC players feel like they should be immortal and allowed to free-scale into full build!
@@RiverNunu snowballing champs are allowed to snowball, sure. Which they can do with wave control, roaming and so on. Snowballing itself just means to turn a few kills into more/to turn a lead into a bigger lead. And I’m saying: if the enemy mid technically isn’t even really responsible for his lead - but it’s more that my mid is one of those 0/12 Yasuo players… in a ranked… the enemy AP mid shouldn’t double benefit from his inting. OR, which I also wrote: bring back the AD version. Sword of the occult. Allowing me to also snowball when I’m playing an AD jungler for example. Because it always happens that my team doesn’t know how to play vs an Evelynn - 10 minutes later she bought her Soulstealer already… If not delete dark seal, then delete Soulstealer! Or idk, have rabadons death cap be cheaper, depending on how much AP you collected through dark seal.
@@RiverNunu I guess that your low answer might originate from you seriously thinking that my role is adc? Although I clearly wrote it in a way that says “my bot even warded and still they die”. Why would I write “I already put Wards and saw Fizz. Still I died because he’s fed”. No lol
@@mamaruru1308 If your laner is inting then the enemy laner will always snowball, period. If the enemy laner isn't a good player then he won't keep his dark seal / mejai stacks either, so your whole "it's my team being bad not the enemy being good" argument is absolute bullcrap. The problem with AD mejai is that AD champs are already stronger by default early game, and it's much easier to gain an early lead playing someone like Talon rather than with Sylas or Katarina.
The Dark Seal is only good because one can build Mejai's from that. Mejai's counts as flegendary item, meaning you get extra stats for it from your mythic item. On the other hand, it is terrible first buy for most champions as you can build nothing else from it but before mentioned Mejai's. And as general powerspike for every champion being completion of first full item, those 350g wasted early on on unusable component can put you in quite a pickle.
Many high level players buy dark seal and dont build mejais. not really gambling, only when you get mejais, cuz mejais makes you lose 6 stacks and dark seal only 4 and on dark seal you can get the stacks back easier but still have a lot of ap even if you lose some 👍 as an eve main I approve of my comment
Im about to build it on irelia
Actually not that bad i think

not another ap irelia accident please.

the problem with dark seal, especailly on supports is that you delay your tier 2 boots/1st item which is really impactful on support

Good to know, will now go and buy it first on draven
wow, never thought about it like this
For Top players, if you play Voli, Warwick or Rengar into tanks you can't easily kill, Dark Seal makes you a lot more sustainable

Does it work on MF?
Yeah but the if you sell the item at some point you still lose some gold. If you upgrade it to Mejias you gamble
i mean thats with most starter items other than cull
Early power is the most important thing in this entire game. It leads to snowballs that easily make up more gold than it delayed.
its only a gamble if you randomly upgrade it into mejais for no reason, and you shouldnt be doing that
Buying mejais is only gambling if you die a lot, which you shouldnt
I don't think this item has ever been underrated
I never see anyone build this and neither do I build it, I only build it when I play eve, but seeing it is very rare
