how come so many views with just one comment ? These Cubans are the best ambassadors of their country, no politician can beat the way they represent Cuba and their culture. I LOVE them, will visit Santiago for real traditional Cuban life and music
Yoandy is my favorite male dancer, he seems to know where it’s at while dancing at socials. However, Is there a teacher out there that thinks the elaborate solo choreos in classes are necessary? I’m thinking of teaching salsa, but I’m conflicted, I feel I want to teach as efficiently as possible so people can go out to dance parties and enjoy it as I have past 15yrs, but I do not feel like making choreos and movements just to keep people around and learn things that aren’t essential to becoming a crazy good and intriguing dancer. When I was a substitute teacher I always improvised my lessons and taught core principles, which worked for me because I didn’t have to give lessons all the time. Just some thoughts for anyone interested and or willing to weigh in.
