I think I may have to have taco salad today! Looks so yummy! A super quick “dressing” I use for my taco salad is sour cream and salsa... stir and pour over the salad! Quick, easy and toppings I would normally have on my Mexican food! Thanks for the inspiration!
Winner Winner, Taco Salad Dinner! Thanks Kaleb, for another great idea to shake up our weekly meal planning. I like to add some blanced frozen corn and sliced black olives for an extra little something. But your recipe takes me back to my mom's recipe for taco salad! Fantastic.
It's Amazing how one Mid-Western cook can differ from an other. But, with Kaled (short for Bob), you always get the best of the best. This may be simple but highly nutritious (Though I'd need the cheese). PS; If children are included, keep the chips hole so they may be used as eatable utensils, it's a kid thing.
