He's still a puppy. Big dog like that aren't really finished growing until they are nearly THREE. Unlike most other huge dogs, Boz shepherds live a long life, frequently to 12 and even 15 years. Because they're an old, naturally occurring breed, not a recent one.

My husband is from Türkiye and these dogs just roam the streets of the little village his mom has a summer home in. They are fed and cared for by the community. They are so gentle and patient. With my kids I would walk to get fresh bread in the mornings and one would walk with us, stopping when we stopped and even waited outside the store for us to walk us back home.

Watched Nate find the Boz he wanted and he started training them right after the dog got acclimated. He's huge and he works his ass off guarding the property and the livestock. He was purposely purchased because of their ability to guard and herd. He's huge and he can be fierce and his deep, deep bark that goes through the hills.
