Ja‘marr and Burrow (the ones from the hierarchy comment) are super tight. They played at LSU together and live right near each other too. So he isn’t afraid to speak his mind to burrow. They don’t just live next to each other. They actively searched for a house for Ja’marr to live close haha.
I love all of this. the subtle trash talk, the good sportsmanship, teams celebrating together, random ass conversations and exchanges, it's all so entertaining to me
Mic'd Up is always great. Especially now that OB is also Mike'd Up again.
Okay cool bro , your comment contributed something
That's because Mike Hunt was a success!
I've received this, internalized it, and still love it.
@@PHXNKVHXLIC I am aggressively contributing nothing with this one. Welcome back, Mike!
The Quarterback is the "general" and one of the captains of every team. He's always the #1 player in the hierarchy.
normally that's true however if they can't lead or at least not piss off their teammates then they lose it. an example is RG3 towards the end of his time on the redskins
@@why-km6lo There are some exceptions but in general, the QB is top dog unless he losses respect himself.
For such a dangerous sport it's good to see these guys have fun.
It's good to enjoy the fun while it last.
they sound like we did when we were kids playing football, I love it.
Sounds like Dave's found his dream career lol, switching audio up on live matches
Good mic’d up but obviously picked from just a few teams. I’m sure there’s a few other versions floating out there. Every team has a mic’d up player for each game. They showcased 4 or 5 teams in this which means there are 27-28 other teams no featured.
They only mic up a couple games typically. Not every game is like that. A lot of players really don't like it, too. Always have to be careful and remember you're on the mic (guys say some pretty bad stuff at times)
@@MST3Killa wrong. They mic up 1 person every game for weekly wired content. Every team has a report and there’s always one player mic’d up during EVERY game for their local weekly shows.
@@MST3Killa they started doing it in 2014 there is 1 player from each team mic’d up every week.
It's call nfl hot mics
You guys talking about the hierarchy of the team is true. For context though, the guy Chase was a rookie, although he probably was the best rookie of that season.
And he was correct
Glad to see the cutie patootie 🥰 bloke is back.
Tge QB Borrow and #1 Chase played college ball together. He's not scared.
i don't think i've commented much on your videos, but i've watched a great many. thanks very much from the Shenandoah Valley of VA.
Love the happy camaraderie between players and other teams!
I love this show so much
Yes there is a hierarchy and the QB is the most important player AND that WR was a rookie talking tp the QB. However that may be 1 of the only times where he wasn't actually worried or scared, they are college teammates they won a championship together at LSU
Burrow the QB was only a 2nd yr player while Chase the WR was a rookie they go back years together.
You guys should definitely react to the bad lip reading NFL editions. So funny
200,000 subscribers 🎉 congrats!
The only thing that stops a football game is lightning!!
Even though I've seen every video since Mike has been back it's great to see you guys back together again. My brothers from a different shore 🥲🥲
The QB is the face of the franchise. Your team goes as he goes.
That first stop, they were just messing about.
It's kinda like when your mates do something good and instead of complementing them you joke and say they don't know what they're actually doing.
Valerie Burris Joe Burrow and Ja"marr Chase played for LSU.
Love Love Love The Bengals!!!
Office Bloke Mike OBM lives a very interesting life according to the other two OB's. Good to have you back Mike
The quarterback can often be the captain of the team and I would think at least the captain of the offense.
However teams can have a player that is so driven. Such a team player, he inspires the other so much that even if he's a defender he's the captain of the team because he can rally his men like a general.
For instance I believe the team captain for the Ravens used to be Ray Lewis one of the scariest men to ever play the game literally a murderer I mean kill people off the field and then played so good on the field didn't go to jail LOL.
When they would make up that guy 4 hours before the game started homeboys walking around getting in people's faces and screaming woo are you ready to go and smacking them.
It's like mate the game won't start until this evening it's only lunch time
You can have many captains on an NFL team. Usually there will be at least one for the offense (typically the QB) and one for the defense (typically the MLB like Ray Lewis). However, teams will often nominate players who have shown to be productive players with good leadership and allow the players to vote.
For example, my team The Buffalo Bills have 9 captains.
Offensive Captains:
Josh Allen (QB), Stefon Diggs (WR), Mitch Morse (C).
Defensive Captains:
Tremaine Edmunds (MLB), Jordan Poyer (SS), Micah Hyde (FS), and Von Miller (DE).
Special Teams Captains:
Tyler Matakevich (Reserve LB), Taiwan Jones (Reserve RB)
Much love ❤️
Y’all gotta watch the Tavon Austin West Virginia tape. Every high school skill player thrives on that hype video
Each NFL team has 53 active players, 16 practice squad players, 15 assistant coaches and one head coach -- and that's just who's down on the field. It's very common for people to be teammates and not know each other at all and there is definitely a pecking order. There has to be; you can't have 53 guys who are all equals or nothing would get done.
In contrast, each NBA team has 15 players, three assistant coaches and a head coach. They all know each other quite well.
Daz loves his football
quarterbacks are also going through a whole other game when they are behind the center. they are reading defenses and things like that. not to mention tehy have to know every route a receiver is running on every single play.
More NFL!!!
I hope you Office Blokes visit America between Sept. & Jan. and visit a typical American sports bar on NFL Sunday.
Successful QBs tend to not be the big talkers. They tend to be very professional, but they will get in your face. They are the team leaders, but they're the ones who keep their heads and prevent everyone else from getting to high or to low.
You guys ever come to Kansas City let us know. I’ll take ya to the loudest stadium in the NFL. My treat! There are plenty of videos about the Chiefs stadium and the great food that comes from the pre-game tailgating. Check them out in your free time. You’ll get hooked instantly
Best tailgating in the NFL!
This was eye opening for me. Never expected to hear all the cutting up. I would have expected more serious game faces.
You gotta remember a lot of these guys played together or against each other in high school, and college and may have been teammates in the NFL at one point as well. The NFL has a strong and active Players Association and they all know that while they're all trying to win - everyone is just trying to get home to their families in one piece with a game check. For the most part they are competitive and want to kill each other between the whistles, but between the plays and outside the lines there is tremendous respect and camaraderie.
Yall should react to NFL bad lip readings. They're amazing and funny
The players aren't actually mic'd up. There's a company that's worked with the NFL for decades. If you pay attention during a game, you might see a guy on the sideline holding up what looks like a huge glass bowl with some wires attached to it. It's actually recording everything that's going on, on the field. After the game, they use a program that allows them to separate all of the voices, and block out what they don't want. The guy that ran it for decades was named Steve Sabor. His father started the company in the 60s I believe. Steve died awhile back, so I don't know who's actually running the company now. There are many UA-cam videos about them, or using their product.
In some cases the players actually wear a wire for the mic’d up content.
That’s just for general sounds and some voice. Most the clear audio comes from the players actually being mic’d up. You can hear it pretty obviously sometimes by that “thump” sound when players get hit
They might come down a good bit closer to the game, that's how it goes here at least.
Packers are my favorite team and I’m proud to be a packers fan! Damn if only you guys got to see the greatness of Aaron Rodgers playing!
I'd love to see a reaction of the greatest fight ever recorded, Don Frye vs Yoshihiro Takayama!
you guys should do ochocinco mic'd up!!!! best ones!!!
Since college football started you guys should react to college football games and also tell us who’s your favorite college teams
Cause that's not boring asf.
That should if been a learning moment for that kid, not everything in life is given lol
I wonder how much the international ticket prices will drop closer to the game
Over 2 grand on resale for a regular season NFL game is nuts, but at the same time it's good to see there's a strong interest in the UK now
A great video from you guys would be at the stadium filming you three reacting to the game (not showing the actual game)....wonder if your Patreon could fund tickets for you guys....
Dave’s QB takes never cease to amaze. 😂 jamarr chase played college with burrow. Doubt he’s skittish about talking shit.
I would like you to react to highlights of JOHN RANDLE,. he was good trash talker
You guys should do NBA mic moments
3:54 Ok, wtf is Dave looking at when he does that? 🤷🏽♀️ I’ve seen it so many times.
Preemptive congrats on 200k! Well deserved.
you guys should check out
mic'd up bad lip reading
They have directional microphones that pick up a lot of stuff without the need to have any equipment on the players, If you look at the sidelines you can see people holding plastic dishes toward the field.
Whats the name of their video where they announced the football teams they are rooting for?
There is 100% a hierarchy. On offense it's the quarterback. Any quarterback who isn't the leader of the offense isn't a good quarterback at all. Many WRs are afraid to piss of their QB too because the QB is the one who decides whether or not he gets the ball. On defense the middle linebacker is usually the leader, but sometimes you will find that just the best player on the defense is the leader, regardless of position.
4 days until nfl football
Still hoping you'll see Key & Peele, season 3, episode 8...think its 2nd or 3rd skit. SHAKESPEARE...HILARIOUS!!!
Please react to Bad Lip Reading ..it's hilarious and amazing!
They all watch their language when they’re on microphone.
Greatest season of the year!! NFL Season Y'all!!! Let's go Bengals!!!
For that kind of money you can fly to Chicago (round trip), get rental, drive to Green Bay, two night stay in GB, 3 tickets at 50 yards, and watch them kick Bears a** on Sep. 18th. And still have money for drinking Wisconsibly
Look up the infamous Baltimore Bullshit chant. Hilarious
Theres nba miced up moments too.
U should do nfl hot mic noments
I assume you're not gonna watch the Thursday night game. Considering for you it's early Friday morning. 😆
yesss my fav , more sports
The QB isnt talking shit. Hes messing with his guy.
Office Blokes try Madden
NFL needs to put a team in the UK.
You guys going to Vikings vs. Saints this Sunday?
2:14 Chase (The receiver) isn't wrong. If Joe overshoots and doesn't undershoot, that's TD all day.
One reason for the price being so high on the London game is the Packers are, I think, the last team to as of yet not play in London. So that's one reason alone, that a lot of Packer fans or NFL fans will want to try to see them play there for the first time. Another is simply that Packers are one of the contemporarily best/most historic NFL teams in the NFL, so they're kind of a big deal.
I think the only reason the Packers agreed to the London game at all (as a home game, no less) is because of the extra game in the season. Green Bay is by far the smallest market in all of major professional sports in the US. It's a city population of 104 thousand people and if it weren't for the team, there'd likely be significantly fewer people living there right now. So for them to lose a home game, the city loses out on A LOT of revenue, which is essential for a lot of businesses in the area. That's always been a consideration that the team has taken in refusing to play overseas, simply that to do so would significantly hurt their neighbors.
okay, Daz, we know you're a Man City fan, but the NY Giants? i mean come on.
11:08 that sound cool .. hearing them slam into each other like that .. all that fucken testosterone 😂 beasts slamming into one another.. looks like it takes a lot of stress out of you 😂
shut up mijangos
Did they announce their teams yet?
I live in America, i just went on vivid seats and tickets at the Tottenham stadium are 431 usd each. Idk how much that is in your currency.
375 British pounds
Can y’all please react to Mascot’s vs kids football
3:20 - Actually, lineman are not only the biggest, strongest, and toughest guys on the team, but since they're directly responsible for the QB's safety it's typically the opposite! It's easier to be more flippant with your receivers as a QB considering how reliant they are on you, but the offensive line keeps you alive 👍
Generally speaking, both favorable treatment and unwarranted hierarchy bullshit are primarily coach and back-up phenomena, the starters gotta have solidarity if they wanna win games!
Tickets cost too much for most major sports events.
You should look up bad lip sync, football. :-) I mean bad lip reading - NFL..hahaha there are a ton of videos and they are actually pretty funny. :-)
Footballllllll woop woop
Can y’all do a reaction of watching the movie the water boy
GO TITANS!!!!!!!!!

You ever see the fake dubs?
ua-cam.com/video/T3_UNFZHSQU/v-deo.html
This is the video he was talking about. Tavon Austin.
Somebody in your audience could easily get you tickets or someone would prob get you some for free. I’m 22 & don’t have much $ or I’d do it for you
First
To think that every one of them are millionaires.
They all sound so intelligent
To think all you focus on is money lol
@@aj897 Not at all, smegma boy.
Lol there is not a hierarchy in American football...at least not how you think. We do have captns we respect but I've never seen that affect someone's willingness to speak up. There can be multiple captns on one team and it's both offense and defense. If he was skiddish, it was only because he wanted burrows to keep throwing him the ball...that would be a reason to be hesitant to voice concern...but in the NFL, u play those games, the whole team suffers
No there's definitely a hierarchy, QBs are the top dog
There's definitely a hierarchy. The quarterback is #1.
😂 in general, QB's lead the team, but that don't make them top dogs.
@@StatusQuo001 Yes it does
@@bigbake132 nope
Jesus are y’all gonna drop a Only Fans or what?!?
Ngl that micd up was kinda trash. Just watch the official NFL channel micd up best moments. You guys can do it in parts
Meh, that one was just OK. But "who the F goes on 2"? made it all worthwhile. ua-cam.com/video/fu6-BjuXPDI/v-deo.html
