Some of you asked, so I thought I would show you how to make a bow with two pieces of ribbon for Christmas or the holiday decorating season. Who's ready to make bows for all the things?
Thank you so much for your great instructions! I will watch this video over and over to reinforce what you have shared. You are a very patient and knowledgeable teacher!!
Honestly, I’ve learned that this is very true about the ribbon quality. Trying to learn or master bows, is a lot harder with lesser quality materials. It took me many many years to finally figure this out! Thanks for sharing with us☺️
This is such a good help I'm trying to learn how to make bows to help my mom out with her wreath business. She watches you all the time and her watching your videos has taught her alot. You may have seen her comment her name is Kristina thomas
Hi Julie, what is the best bow maker tool? I've looked at pro bow the hand maker and the bowdabra? I had deluxe easy bow maker but may puppies got ahold of doles 😪
Are most of the bows you make for 14" grapevines (e.g. 6 inch loops) which makes about a 19-20 inch wreath or would you use 5" loops and use 6 inch or more loops if you are starting with an 18in grapevine?
Hi Julie, At the beginning of the video you mentioned the necessity of using good quality ribbon but you mentioned the online places you buy from so quickly I couldn’t zero in on any of them. Would it be possible for you to list them in the down arrow section for us newbies to have a list to refer to? Thanks so much if you can.

Do you put the ribbon directly behind the prior one? Or are they side by side? I can’t quite tell in the video. TY
I really like and enjoy your style of teaching and explaining. Thank you!

How many inches long are the pieces of ribbon that you used? That’s an important piece you left out
My go to is 12" long making a 6" loop, once you fold it. Thanks for watching.

I typically do 6” loops for 14-16” grapevines measuring 20-24” wide when completed.
