It's a well thought layout. Kitchen at the very entry is greatly convienient for working couples. Just a sliding door at the end of the lobby. Even if keys are given to the maid, your work is done without accessing the house. This type of layout works well in Mumbai.
Thanks for your reviews. A suggestion - Please don't focus on giving interior designs, but paramaeters like Staked parking, Ceiling height, Brands used etc.

The only wow factor is that it’s in Baner. Else everything is too pricy and it’s not much spacious when comes to living space. Paying this much as of today doesn’t make sense.
