When I took geology, I was told New York gets 8 and 9 magnitude quakes every 400 years and that they too are over due.

You're exactly correct! Some islands and continents in the past will eventually reemerge while the current islands and continents will eventually start to submerge. The earth continues to go through natural climate changes. Natural temperature changes, natural earthquakes, and natural glacier melts that have had, or currently have nothing to do with humans! Hawaiian Islands were created by Hot Spots, built up by volcanic activity to an island, then the Pacific Plated moved on, and the hot spot created another volcanic island, over time you get a bunch of islands in line.

A sudden heatwave came over Southern California starting about last Thursday. It was even 111 degrees yesterday Sept 6th in downtown LA. I thought, earthquake weather! And the clouds and atmosphere is unusual.

Pause it at 10:26. Follow the splitting earth up the left hand side of the screen. If anyone's still staying in those houses... you can see the entire section that is ready to fall. A few good rains, a ground rumble and its coming down. The middle is temporarily being slowed by the brush and that's why its slipping off to the right also. And if there is anything or anyone below that area they need to be warned as well.
There’s so many factors that are contributing to mother Earth, shaking and shifting. I also have to think about all of the tunnels that are underground that crisscross our continent.

The Grande Canyon (Imo) was not made over millions of years by a frigging river. Sorry, it just wasn't. That thing formed in months, or even weeks. I believe at the end of one of many ice ages an ice dam let a shit ton... an unbelievable amount of water rush through the area. Just like in a sand pit after a good rain storm. The water rushed through and carved it out fast. If it were made over millions of years the debris would still be at the mouth of the river, and there's nothing which backs up my theory.

Earth will be split in two.
I think the coast line is for sure in a constant state of change. Even on a small scale if we go to the same beach every year, there are, sometimes, pretty major changes.
You need to look at a satellite view in the areas of these swarms in southern California. Once you get a satellite view, zoom in very tight on the areas where the swarms are occurring. You will more likely find drill pads and oil pumping stations. The LA basin is a major oil production area. If you look at satellite views where swarm activity is occurring in the panhandle of Texas and Central Oklahoma; you will see the same correlation.
Check out the last 2 videos put out today from The Real BP Earth Watch of him showing how far and fast the magnetic field is moving to the worlds largest/ deepest fault line in the arctic, which is connected to the fault lines on the west coast. It hasn't moved this much as the area it was always in stayed in the same place roughly for 400 years, it is now making it's way over the fault line in the arctic which is going to give us problems in the not so distant future. This is a biblical event.
This is probably why the swarms are happening up & down the west coast. Check out his 2 video's well worth listening to.

You can't rule out that, man has the ability to cause quakes so not all are organic some are triggered through geo engineering and other methods

Dutchsince looked into the Rancho situation. He found an OLD pipeline matching the path of the cracks. So the ground is eroding around the pipeline probably from the earthquakes.
The city of Anaheim is not on "rollers". Front desk lady was mistaken. The building itself, if modern, may have a "roller system" as part of its modern construction, to roll with eq waves. But the land itself and older buildings in the city are not on rollers.

Riverside Moreno Valley felt quite a few of the recent earthquakes lately, and one this morning in Ontario Corona eastvale area felt the 10 45 one around there this morning
I remember seeing something where they thought san andreas, cascadia subduction zone, and Yellowstone were all gonna go off at one time.... I can't remember where I seen it but it was something the military was doing drills for it

I know you are not talking about Washington but the other day I felt a very small earthquake in Tacoma Washington. When I looked it up it was a small 1.8 magnitude however I still felt it
Palos Verde will go into the ocean, and I don't think it is because of water. More likely it is caused by fracking wells, the cirm ground surface has been punched into too many times.

There's been earthquake activity in Chino Valley, Az. In her past.
It’s not a roller system through out the city of Anaheim certain buildings throughout California depending on the height are build on what is called a base isolation system. Large rubber circular blocks are at the base of the buildings foundation that allow the building to move 4’ in any direction during a quake. Ya know how expensive it would be and impractical to put a “city” on base isolation 😂 As a building inspector I have inspected a few buildings and the first one done in the state in Newport Beach, our city offices are built on the system as well.
That area of RPV where the slide is called the Portuguese Bend landslide and has been moving for decades Trump has a golf course that only has 16 or 17 holes cause some have slide towards the sea. Nothing new for that area just will the last few wet winters we have had have accelerated the movement.

The power outages have more to do with the fact that we are currently having a really mean heat wave with everyone running their air conditioners. I should know because my power went out for almost a day. The area where the landslides happened is known for that. It's not the first time that has happened. Not really sure that landslides are connected to earthquakes. That fact that it occurred does not mean association. I will say that my house in the SF valley shakes frequently but it has more to do with heavy vehicles passing near by. This feels very similar to a quake but when it coincides with the passing of a truck or other heavy vehicle with a corresponding sound, it's not a real quake.
Some of this could be contributed to underground tunneling
