Yeah we didn't usually go force against force with the British Army. We used the trees and everything for cover and took out the officers first with marksmen from the tree line. Then would engage is skirmishes. We also attacked them when they were on the move. You know standard Gorilla warfare behavior. Not what the Europeans were use too. Thus winning by outlasting the British resolve. Plus we Americans had help from the French and Spanish. Oh and the battles wouldn't last that long. See American troops would retreat before being slaughtered to the last man. Just saying.
