I've had a few bottles of the standard version, it's has a higher ABV and matured in rum barrels. Tasty stuff, it was my St. Patrick's Day Parade flask filler.
Over the past 6 months Teeling has released a bunch of new stuff in my area. Like all Irish whiskey the price going up, but they are at least a little less expensive then other brands.
Nice in depth review Peter. 🥃!!! BTW, most Irish Single Malts and Blends (referred to simply as "Irish Whiskey") are triple distilled as well, not only Single Pot Still whiskey.
Good to know. In the near future I will be starting another Monday miniseries that will cover Irish Single Pot Still whiskey. I have to finish my series on Japanese Single Malts and then hit some Rye Whiskey and then it's on the Irish.
