from the viewer PoV it seems u having a much easier time as disc than in your holy videos, u rarely have to drink, u contribute significantly to dmg and confidently cast dmg spells, the group health bars seem more stable and barely go below 20%... would love to hear your own opinion :)
It does seem that way but I think it depends on the dungeon too. In the holy videos none of us had gems /enchants/food buff, etc . I did the throne of the four winds dungeon as disc and it was a lot harder especially with heavy AoE damage and non-death knight tank! Ngl atonement healing is huge tho cause every smite heals almost as much as a flash heal
Because he is. Disc is very strong, but comparing it to Holy is not fair per say, every healing spec shits on Holy priest. It needs a buff the same way they did ret pally, feral druid etc.
@@iRavenTM Uhm no? Holy priest is probably strongest hps healer in this patch. Rdruid might be slightly ahead, but I think the Divine hymn buff makes it Hpriest favored.
Disc is fun but Holy will always be #1 to me haha. Disc single target heals are unmatched imo esp with atonement but holy has a huge toolkit and it’s nice to be able to swap between single target mode and AoE healing mode
You should make some mouse over macros so you don't have to deselect enemies to heal, or a cast= target of target for your smite and holy fire. Theyll help alot
Thanks! The frames are the default UI, I have following settings enabled: party-style raid frames, show class color, status text: percent, show all debuffs, keep groups together, disable border
Personally holy feels a lot better to me, more variety of tools and feels like you’re able to react to income damage more effectively. I am biased tho :)
God I miss this version of Disc. Back when you could heal people without having to maintain atonement.
Same, I’m not a huge fan of of the atonement playstyle but at least disc is more fun than in wotlk

@@Adrytl It's well known Disc has less mana issues than holy. But Holy has waaay more healing throughput than Disc
@@Orgrimmar21 They could just buff holy conc from 30%-50%. Simple fix to make holy not the worst of the 5 imo.

I exclusively use mouse over macros to heal on live, any not here is just cause this was on beta
Nice vid! What party unit frames is that Grid?

So which healer spec feels better? :)
