I’m from SW Mississippi but have lived in the Nashville metro for 13 years. Depending on which way you go from Downtown, this home would range from $1.9 - 4 million!

It’s not a cheap house by any stretch, but I don’t think you’d find one, on this much land, in a top rated school district, close to all the amenities you have here, for the same or less.

Wouldn’t be a bad idea to put emergency supplies in that storm shelter. Not sure how beneficial that clothes is going to be if a bad tornado hit.

Tornadoes are over in a few minutes and pretty localized, so in the unlikely and unfortunate event that happened I don't think it would be too big of a deal. The surrounding area would be ok. That said, I like to be more generally prepared so I'm definitely with you on having some emergency supplies on hand. Just having a room like that definitely gets you a leg up in the event of any natural disaster though.

    I don’t like it
The entrance needs more roof, weird distribution. Beautiful outside
    Inside impractical
I would rather wash dishes watching outside
    Nope.
Ceilings too high, huge electrical bill.
    Massive too much cleaning
    No screened porch
You need one in MS, mosquitos will eat you alive

No where is going to be perfect for everybody. I wouldn't think the high ceilings wouldn't hurt too much on the cooling. Heat rises so, it may be a little higher but I'd say its worth it for the openness you get from having them so high. But yeah I'd want that back patio screened in and I would need to be able to afford cleaners too. Thanks for leaving your opinion! Do you have one that you like from the ones we have been to in other videos?

I listened to a lot of your videos before I moved to Mississippi. This house was way out of my price range but I enjoyed seeing it. I still listen to your video even though we are here. We sold our house in Wisconsin, using exp, and moved to Mississippi in November in the country about an hour away from the Gulf Coast. We found a church that we liked and they connected us with a realtor in this area. I only now know 1 person in your area "Brandon". Just so people can get an idea of Mississippi home prices we have a house on 9 acres next to a national forest with 1800 square feet 3 bedrooms 1 1/2 bath office, living room, dining room, kitchen, garage, storage building attached to the garage, 2 carports, fenced in backyard, we will update everything even though it was considered move in ready and we paid 195k and will spend 50k on multiple updates. I could go on but Mississippi is a great place to live and retire to, home tax is low, fishing licence is free and the people next door are fantastic.
