excellent review indeed. i will buy it, i have also an eneloop c75 charger, i know that it charges slow too. now i need a li-ion charger. i thought xtar vp4 dragon plus but it has minimum 0.5A selectable current. so is it a high current for slow capacity batteries ? can u recommend me a li-ion charger.
What I don't get is why it doesn't detect when the battery is fully charged. I took out the fully charged battery, put it back again and it started blinking again. Otherwise it would be a great product.
@@InsideOutElectronics I actually noticed that it doesn't immediately show that it's charged but after about 15 mins, I shows it as fully charged again. So it just takes some time for it to register that the battery won't take any more charge. Kinda annoying, if you wanna see whether the battery is charged immediately, but if you have time, you can just pop them in and wait a bit for that.
I have one with european plug and seems good safety, quality and price 1/4 of standard charger with led or 1/3 of charger with lcd. But not as good as i supposed at first because diodegonewild review. It refuse charging many AA/AAA bateries for no known reason and blinking red but other chargers I own have no problem with them even litokala li-500 show good capacity so I don't know what is wrong and need thinking which batteries is rechargeable in this "smart" charger otherwise I have flat batteries and useless charger somewhere with me. I try similar trick with foil but for paralel charging more batteries in one slot and it work when not charging individual it's slower then but better then nothing.
@@InsideOutElectronics I tried to take it apart. That's how I ended ip with your video. I gave up cause off the clips I couldn't open.. Strangely it worked again afterwards. I absolutely have no idea. At first I tried with various AA and AAA batteries, none would light up, afterwards each battery charged up again.... Weird Swedish bug 🤣
Nice work 👍
My friend has Skyrc mc3000 charger, that's a beast.
Than you for watching ! I agree and I want one now ! :D
У вас российский (или другой специфический) акцент? или у меня что-то с восприятием речи?
🤣
It is a bit different accent for sure

How much time it takes to charge 750 mah and 2400 mah batteries?
Hey, thanks for the video. What brand of charger would you recommend for battery longevity?
I would say this one - ua-cam.com/video/8IICbGJgoqw/v-deo.html
Не, точно росиянен.
Если не родом то душой точно 🤣
Т.к даже не притронувшись к инструкции уже разобрал
И про схему начал рассказывать
Definitely not russian, but I clearly like taking things apart
@@InsideOutElectronicsAre you Ukrainian?

Interesting, let me try this.... how long it takes after re-insertion to charge it ?
Because you cant terminate nimh charge based on voltage alone.

@@shekelboi Thank you for sharing this, i do use this charger enough. But this might be useful for other people !

this charger can charge 1 battery alone right?
Yea, absolutely it can charge single batt
What about memory effect? If i put batteryes half charged if it discharge them or what?
This charger is too dumb for that. It will cahrge them and yes this will develop memory effect eventually.
Do you know a charger from another brand which first discharge and charge a batteries by default, (so do not need to push buttons every time)?
@@viktorcseke3566 Did you find something that you liked that could?

Do they trickle charge when finished?
Let me measure, but AFAIK yes.
@@InsideOutElectronics That would be super! I'm actually hoping that it won't trickle after charging, cause the LSD cells I'm using don't like it.
Ok, for a 1900 mah battery, what do you suggest is the safest mah input for charging and discharging? I’m using a skyrc imax smart charger… thanks
