Descending the Enipeas Gorge on Mount Olympus

We took taxi to Prionia at the top of the gorge and walked back on the E4 hiking route down the slopes of Mount Olympus to the outskirts of Litochoro. It took about 5 hours and we couldn't have asked for a better day. The Gods smiled on us and we enjoyed the crystal clear pools, spring greenery and butterflies. Hopefully, this video provides a taste for those that may be seeking to do something similar and who just want a quick idea of what it may entail. We passed a cave-chapel and the monastery of St. Dionysus. The route is easy to follow and criss-crosses the river via seven wooden bridges.
